Customer Review Summary
The $10 lunch special features delicious chicken fingers, fries, and a drink, praised for their crunchiness and flavor. However, many reviews express disappointment with the declining food quality and service over time. Common complaints include understaffing, long wait times for food and drink refills, and mismanagement during busy periods, especially regarding UFC events. Customers noted that food often arrives cold, orders get mixed up, and the restaurant frequently runs out of items. Many highlighted the attentive and friendly service from individual servers, but criticized the overall management and cleanliness of the restaurant. While some customers plan to return, others are hesitant and need time before giving the restaurant another chance.

You can’t beat the $10 lunch special of Chicken Fingers, Fries and a drink. The tenders were super crunchy on the outside and juicy and meaty on the inside. The fries were salt and peppered and nice and crisp. I would definitely order these again. Our server was fantastic.

My wife and I have been going there for few years! We used to like it and this restaurant used to be the top of our list. Unfortunately every time we go you can tell that the quality of food is dropping and there is less stuff there than normal! Few issues I think I have noticed: 1- under staffed! 2- the wait time is a lot! 3- they seem to run out of stuff quite often ( like chips, chicken tenders and stuff) 4- the quality of food is going down ( meaning it doesn’t taste like before) 5- some of the food that supposed to be hot is coming cold) 6- few times they double made my order and one time the triple made it! 7- the wait time for refill the drink and to check on us was more than 15 minutes! 8- waiting long time to pay! As of now my wife and I decided to take it of our restaurant list. will have to wait a year or two before we give it another try!

This restaurant is located off of Hanes Mall Boulevard and is accessible from East and Westbound Interstate 40 using Stratford Road ( US 158 ) and from North and Southbound US 421 by using Jonestown Road. Plenty of parking and they have a takeout door on the backside of the restaurant. I arrived a little after 1:00 pm and was taken straight to a table and seated. I ordered the all American burger fries and a Dr Pepper off the lunch menu. My burger was served hot, fresh and cooked to order from the kitchen.

Came here to watch UFC 313. Had the prelims on. Took them off. Put them back on. Took them off for replay of golf and drag racing. No excuse. When asked of the manager he said they didn't have the staff to show UFC. Not the pay per view but the prelims. Liar. Just awful. And add onto it that the bar staff leaves the bar unattended, just no reason to return here. Shame. Could be a great place. But mismanagement and bad service lead to no returning customers. Additionally, UFC should reconsider its partnership with Buffalo Wild Wings if locations will refuse to show UFC fights, even early prelims or prelims as to not order the expensive Pay Per View. However, when the manager blatantly lies about staffing required to show prelim fights and instead shows reruns of golf and drag racing, its clear that the manager doesn't care or know how to do their job. As a result I watched 10 people leave the bar. That is roughly half the seating of the entire bar. I for one will not return. Happy to fill out the online service request at the website. Done and done

Arrived told it would be a 30/45 min. wait, (not busy and multiple employees just standing around) we asked if we could sit at the bar party of 2. Was told yes, waited 15 min for the bartender to get our drinks, we also ordered. My boyfriend's food came out, I waited another 20 minutes then inquired as to my food. It had obviously just been sitting under a heat lamp as it was cold ish. Then when our bill came it was incorrect charging more for items. I asked for a manager when I told him the issue he said oh we will fix the amount. Still charged us for everything (no discount offered) I said I wasn't paying for a burger that I didn't get as my meal till after, was told oh well you can take it to go. I have worked in food service for years and would never treat a customer that way after MULTIPLE mistakes.

Horrible! We ordered for delivery through the app. Our driver waited 1hr and a half because they said something was wrong with the salad! Every time the driver asked for an update, the staff kept walking back and NOT returning with an update. Meanwhile I am on the phone calling to cancel my order but stayed on hold. I called 3 times! When I finally told the delivery driver to just leave, the food was finally brought out to the driver. I placed my order at 5:47pm and received it at 7:27pm. Pretty ridiculous!

I have such mixed feelings about this place, but I'd rather start with the good. Last night my boyfriend and I came to eat and it's about the same experience every time we come. Our servers are typically very friendly and engage in conversation with us very well. We never really have any issues with service quality, other than maybe waiting a little while longer for a drink refill (which I don't personally care much about). Our server last night was the same - I'm sorry I didn't get her name - but she was very nice, helpful, and answered any questions we had. She also took the time to have discussion with us inbetween whatever she was doing which was nice. However, there are a couple of things that I would like to mention which I didn't find enjoyable/acceptable for a restaurant experience. First, there was food debris, empty cups, trash, food, and spilled stuff everywhere, including under our table and on the seats. I understand it was in the evening on a Sunday, but I'm sure the people who come to dine at your establishment wouldn't mind waiting the extra 30 seconds while the benches get wiped down/floor gets swept. Atleast not from my perspective as a customer, but I know everyone is different. Second, which was my real concern personally - the Manager (I'm guessing) was having a very loud conversation next to our table with an employee, questioning/answering them about different things (not aggressively, just in general). I don't want to share the details of the conversation, but we heard every bit of it and he talked so loudly it distracted us from our own conversation several times. After the conversation was over and the way she walked away was what concerned me. I just think maybe to be safe, those conversations should be had away from customers. Just a suggestion - not to overstep/be nosey. Other than those 2 issues though, the food and service were great. Everything came out correct and well-portioned, our server made sure to keep up with us very well, brought anything we needed, etc. We will likely be back, just wanted to share my thoughts.

I ordered 10 wings with two sauces and fries , then added an extra 6 wings with 1 sauce. Out of the first 10, 5 came with no sauce and the additional 6 wings were cold. Also ordered 4 bags of celery and carrots as well only received 2. Very unhappy with how I received my order. Service could be better.
