Customer Review Summary
Bleu Restaurant and Bar offers a pleasant dining atmosphere with good food. Menu selections are limited but suitable for casual diners. Service quality varies, with some staff being attentive and others lacking engagement. Positive highlights include great cocktails and standout dishes, such as crab dip, but noise levels can make conversation difficult. Several diners reported issues with undercooked meals and poor restroom hygiene. There were complaints about slow or unhelpful service in certain cases, leading to disappointing experiences. While some patrons had wonderful meals and recommended the restaurant, others felt it did not meet expectations given the price and overall cleanliness. Parking is also a noted concern, suggesting the use of reservations or alternative transport.

Overall a good restaurant. The inside it's pretty nice. Not too many choices in the menu but if you looking for something casual it is a good place . The food it good. The service it's average and it depends on whom is serving your table. For the owner : some of the servants talk too much and too loud with the customers and others are too slow and don't visit the table promptly enough. Overall a good place with good food and not pricey

The food was great, our server was absolutely amazing. The cocktails and crab dip were something to write home about. However, the restaurant was loud and hard to hold a conversation in.

Top notch. We were greeted, smiled at, sat in an impeccable dining room with great ambiance. The menu was full and diverse and our server made recommendations that were spot on. Our service was attentive, respectful and encouraging. We had the best meal, best time and will definitely return. The manager checked on our satisfaction, the serve Kelsey was stellar and the doors were opened for us in gratitude for our patronage.

Had an amazing dinner with my husband at Bleu. I did try the salmon and wasn't too convinced. We weren't able to substitute anything in our dish, which I completely understand due to the high volume of customers. However, everything else was delicious.

Went for Sunday brunch with family to celebrate birthdays and good news. We had a reservation. Enjoyed the spicy Bloody Marys, mimosas, and she crab soup. All of us ordered some version of eggs Benedict and politely asked for the eggs extra runny. We were all disappointed when they all were served with over cooked poached eggs. Our server was fine. She took our order and got all of our food out to us correctly. She wasn’t very friendly. Maybe she was just having a bad day. The problem arose at the end of the meal when all of the women in our party went to the restroom. It has obviously been neglected for years. Thick dust on the walls where the tile meets the bare wall. The large rolls of toilet paper sat on the bathroom floor stacked. Just overall gross. We would have gone back except the restroom left us with a bad taste in our mouth.

Honestly this is the first restaurant I’ve been to in the states that straight up smelled like a porta-potty and I must say it was quite nauseating. To make matters worse, the bread dip did a better job producing pond scum than an actual pond and it unfortunately smelled and tasted accordingly. The main course was decent, however, and was enough to fill both of us (crab cake sandwich and she crab soup) tho there were some major crab shells in my sandwich which does kinda kill the experience. Long story short the food was ok apart from the bread and oil (which genuinely could have made the argument for a human rights violation) but the poor hygiene and lackluster service rendered this a 1 and done experience that lest a sour taste in the mouth (literally). Don’t come here, go next door to the village tavern it’s vastly superior!

Decided to try this place for a date night. My steak was undercooked and I consistently get better steak at Longhorn down the road. It was edible but I was expecting more because the price is extremely high for what they give you in my opinion. Also, the parking lot is tiny and if you try to park at village tavern they have signs up that you’ll be towed. Make reservations and Uber here if you can.

I never write reviews but this experience was so bad I just had to. My husband and I came here for a mid day meal. It was the worst experience we have had at a restaurant from start to finish. Our waitress took forever to greet us and after she finally did she took our order brought us waters and disappeared. We ordered drinks from the bar, as we sat and watched them getting warm for at least 20 minutes our waitress was still nowhere to be found. Finally the bar tender refilled my husbands beer and brought our drinks(we watched the entire transaction) she was rude . Then our food came out and both my steak and his chicken were under cooked. We sat there without steak knives or a sign from our waitress for ten minutes. Overall it was bad food, bad service and a horrible $100 lunch. Will not be going back.
