The experience was wonderful. The food was hot, and didn’t take long. The hostess and our waitress was absolutely spectacular, great attitudes, and smiles from everyone on the staff. The bartender had drinks ready quicker than the flash himself. I had an amazing time, food was delicious and time friendly! (special shout out to the chefs!) all in all, 12/10 would recommend a friend!

It's always fun to dine in here. Unfortunately, when we had gone it was pretty empty which service was quick. As we continued dining people started packing the place so it was busy, i understand busy but it took 40 minutes for us to get our desert to leave because we had paid beforehand. The server was nice but 40 minutes for two people is crazy for one shared desert.

NOT HAPPY!! Ordered curbside pickup and was told that the food would be brought out at 9:41… we had to go into the restaurant to get our food and still didn’t get it until 10:23 and it was COLD. Workers were playing and going in and out smoking, DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE COMING BACK

The restaurant was not busy at all when we were there. The waitress was somewhat friendly, when she could take time off her phone to check on us. We never received a thank you or have a nice night, she picked up our plates and disappeared. I asked for soft bacon and received crunchy dry and very salty bacon on my burger.

I recently went to Apple Bees on a Friday night 2/28/25 to dine in. My party was sat at a booth right at the front door. We waited patiently for over 15 minutes watching various servers walk past us never greeting us or anything. I went to the manager and alerted him of this and he acted as if he was going to send someone over to help us. I returned to my table walking past guest who entered the restaurant after us eating their recently delivered food. After returning to my seat, 3 servers walked past my table again just passing us over. The next time one came by I stopped him and asked who is our server. He questioned us asking has anyone greeted y’all yet. Now clearly he has seen us sitting there because he has walked passed us multiple times. He stated he was going to g to get us a server. 25 mins have pasted by now. So while I wait I look over my shoulder and see the manger laughing and having a good ole conversation over at the pick up door, where I walked over to speak to him previously. So this made it clear to me and my family. While the manager is laughing and having good ole time we still have not been served. Ok so we get it. We got up and left. This is unacceptable. I have no problem waiting but to be overlooked and ignored is preposterous.

I have to say, the customer service here was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly, beautiful young lady named Danaisa with a warm smile. She had such a great sense of humor—when I asked her to say "hi" again, she laughed and did it without hesitation! I mentioned that I had been to two other restaurants that day, and neither offered service like this. The moral of the story? If you don’t get treated the way I did by Danaisa, walk right out! Overall, I had fast and efficient service, and the entire staff, including the management, was incredibly welcoming and nice. Truly a wonderful experience!

We finally ordered and after waiting another 45 minutes or so for fried chicken, grilled chicken, and grilled chicken with sausage, it was sub par and one of the sides wasnt what we had ordered. I let it go because I was a server myself for 8 years and I absolutely hate sending food back. If it was busy I could forgive a mishap or 2 but the fact that they only had 3 tables and maybe a few bar patrons with 3 other servers was a bit much. During this dinner our drinks were ignored after being empty a few times and our waitress was incredibly scarce. I can say though when we get good service and the times are little to nothing is when it's busy and the food is also on point too, which says alot about why this time was just not the best.

We visited this location from out of state on 10/14 around 10pm. We walked in through the take out entry, however, no one acknowledged us. It was busy so they should have had someone attending all zones. We just went ahead and approached the bar to order, no problem. The bartender and all employees were talking and laughing with the opposite side of the only side that seemed to be available for us, so even getting someone to take our order took a while. They finally took our order but didn’t offer anything to drink while we waited. After about 30 minute wait we got out food to go. I was polite and I tried to be understanding but they did have a lot of employees on the floor and apparently in the kitchen. I even tipped them even though it was a take out order and they provided the worst customer service. Well, they pretty much gave us trash. Once we got to the hotel and we realized the poor quality [in all aspects] of our food I called and requested to speak with the manager on duty. She assured me a refund would be processed but that would take about 5 days to show in my bank. I said no problem. I forgot all about but they never refunded my card for the burnt food and ridiculously small quantities. They probably gave us the scrapes from the bottom of the pan at the end of the night. $70 dollars completely down down the drain. Probably because I mentioned that we were leaving the next morning so a meal replacement wasn’t an option. We’re coming back next week and I will most definitely not be visiting this establishment. A total fraud.
