OMG, my experience here was amazing. My server Ben "Apple", was so pleasing. I had my birthday dinner there & he made it even better, he was so attentive & nice. He deserves a raise. The food & drinks were superb. Thats spinach dip & the rib was to die for. I had 2 cocktails. I would had stay longer, but the drinks started to kick lol. I'm definitely coming back. Everything was fantastic !!!!!

Fabulous experience! The Host walked us to the table in their professional attire. The server was patient, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the food. He was prompt and available. The food was well seasoned and Hot upon arrival to the table. Great choice recommendation, Rev. J. Smith!

Had a great lunch a J Alexander’s today! The staff is really friendly and the best part of the meal was the smoked artichoke. Don’t miss out on the peanut butter pie.

It’s been 11 years since I’ve been to a J Alexander’s and after tonight’s visit, I think I’ll be coming back more often. This is all because Brianna (server 206738) was amazing. The food doesn’t live up to the hype. Fries were cold, steak was cooked wrong and crab cakes were not seasoned properly. Customer service is the only thing they have going for themselves.

If you like seafood this is a good option for a nice quiet space. The bean burger is a favorite so far. Order the Steak Rolls if you want something small but tasty! They also serve fresh bottled water!! The staff is kind although there may be a wait for service during high volume times.

The steaks however, … Yikes! They were tough and severely under seasoned. I just feel like at the price point I really wanted to enjoy all of my food. Other than that I am happy with everything else we ordered!
