Customer Review Summary
The ambiance at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar is impressive and well-arranged, providing a pleasant dining atmosphere, although it can be somewhat noisy. Service is generally good, with many reviewers highlighting friendly and professional staff, although there were instances of drinks not being refilled promptly. Food quality varies; while some dishes like the Chilean sea bass and crab cakes received praise, others like the lobster bisque and filets were criticized for being overcooked or lacking flavor. Side dishes, particularly the macaroni and cheese and au gratin potatoes, are noted as excellent, though some diners expressed disappointment over additional side costs. Overall, opinions are mixed on whether the experience justifies the price, with some diners feeling it falls short of expectations for a premium steakhouse.

I booked an NYE dinner with my wife since we wanted to have a relaxing evening. The check-in was quick and hostess were friendly. Impressive ambiance and tables are placed appropriately to not over-crowd the dining space. Here’s our experience; service didn’t start out how I expected it since the couple who were sitted 5 minutes after us were attended to first by their server. Appetizer was “meh”, the lobster bisque was disappointing, it was more like a tomato bisque with a dried up lobster claw. The crab cakes were decent; however, the Bearnaise sauce was overwhelming tomato based which in my opinion took away the flavor of the cakes. Tomahawk was good; though unevenly seasoned. Asparagus, overcooked and toss in a undersized serving plater.

Really good service. Good open atmosphere. The sides, especially the macaroni and cheese, are auperb. The tomahawk was very tasty, maybe a tad overdone but still superb. Waiter was very professional and kind. Service was quick but not rushed. Lots of parking given the mall. Very easy to get to as it is right off the highway.

This was our first visit. While my filet was very good, it was overcooked and somewhat dry. The crispy mushrooms were quite greasy. My wife had the Chilean sea bass...it was the best we have ever had. The miso glaze is superb! Our server was friendly enough. Unfortunately, she did not refill our drinks until halfway through the meal. That might be OK at Applebee's, but certainly not what I expect when paying that price. The atmosphere is pleasant enough, but pretty noisy and somewhat hectic. Again, for the prices, I expected a more relaxing atmosphere. Overall...food was ok, service and atmosphere just fair. Not worth the price. We'll probably look for other options on our next trip to the area.

We had dinner in one of the private rooms for a work event accommodating 20 people. The host chose a mix of appetizers, and main course sides in advance allowing the guests to pick a salad, then main course (filet, ny strip or halibut), and a dessert. The room was flanked in wood creating a professional atmosphere. Two waiters were assigned plus servers which provided the attention needed by the group. Overall the food was good. The seafood towers were awesome. One or two folks felt their filet was overcooked but otherwise it was a great work event with great food & drinks.

Great food and excellent service! My wife and I celebrated our 4th anniversary here and we're very happy with the food. A little bit of a mishap happened but our waitress and the manager went above and beyond to make our experience here wonderful. While the food you get here might not be the most experimental or adventurous it is consistent and excellently prepared. We very much enjoyed the fillet, lobster mac & cheese and the brownie. Thankful for the staff here who made our night great.

Everything was delicious, the service was perfect from the beginning. The food was good and tasty. We ordered a steak and fish, it was pretty pricy (as usually when you order a steak for 60 dollars you get also some sides which are already included but here you need to order a mashed potato for 16 dollars and it's kinda upsetting).

Our experience was absolutely 💯 👌🏽 Heather our waitress was the best and the bartender was even better. Tomahawk Tuesday we'll be back.

This was a really good experience. The food was great, the service was good. The food came out in a timely manner. We started with the crab cakes - the cakes were full of fresh crab meat, which was delicious. The tomato sauce is good- but I think there is too much of it on the plate. The steak was hot, well seasoned and perfectly cooked. I enjoyed the crust on it. The au gratin potatoes were the best I’ve had. The cheesy crust at the top was good and the potatoes were nicely cooked and seasoned. The mushrooms were also good, maybe a little more salt. The lava cake dessert was moist and chocolatey and the ice cream wasn’t bad. The service was great, he made good recommendations, everything came out promptly. This is definitely a top steakhouse.
