Customer Review Summary
Luigi's Italian Chophouse and Bar has received mixed reviews from diners. Many have praised the excellent service, highlighting individual servers like Arianna and Siyette for their attentiveness and friendliness. The food quality has garnered both positive and negative reactions; while some dishes, like the Chicken Florentine and desserts, received high marks, others, such as the ribeye steak, were criticized for being below standards with poor presentation and flavor. The restaurant's atmosphere is described as lively but, at times, overly noisy, especially during busy periods or large gatherings. Some diners enjoyed a great experience, celebrating special occasions, while others noted issues with food quality and portion sizes. Overall, service is consistently highlighted as a strong point, but the food quality appears to vary significantly based on individual orders.

First time here this evening. We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary. We made a reservation for a little after 4. We got seated almost immediately after arriving . Our server was Arianna and she was THE BEST!! She was absolutely amazing! We’d go back just because of her. The food was absolutely amazing also. We got a few appetizers, and then two kids meals and two adult meals, followed up with dessert. Service was amazing, restaurant atmosphere was great, all around we had an absolutely amazing experience. Thank you all. 🫶🏼

My husband and I went in for a late lunch this afternoon and was able to get seated quickly. We were seated in a nice booth with the exception of another customers jacket hanging on the end of our booth instead of the hook for jackets. The food is pricey for the lower quality and small portion size but the presentation is good. I ordered chicken parmigiana that was not breaded with a parm crust, just grilled. I was given an apology and dish remade but it was worst than the first, felt like the cook did it on purpose for sending it back (see picture). The sweat tea is yuck now that they have diluted it and not much sugar. The bread and dipping oil is yummy but if you want more you are charged for it. Unfortunately this has been a steady decline in the past few years. The service is great, our waitress Page was nice and attentive. The atmosphere comes off as trying to be high class but has a long way to go.

My friend and I recently went to Luigi's for dinner, and it was absolutely fantastic! The service was exceptional, and the food never disappoints. I ordered the Chicken Florentine, which is always amazing, and a side of Penne al Vodka, both of which were mouthwatering. To start, I had a refreshing peach cocktail, followed by a Vanilla Avalanche Martini, which was just as delicious as always. We also shared Caesar salads, and my friend had the Chilean Sea Bass, which was equally delicious. For dessert, we indulged in Limoncello Cake and Tiramisu – both were the perfect sweet ending to a wonderful meal. We left feeling completely stuffed and satisfied. Highly recommend!

Let’s start with the parking. There is a free parking lot outside but the spaces are limited. Once inside it was very busy to be expected for Valentines Weekend. We were seated in the back room which was very crowded. But the tables were spread enough apart so we weren’t on top of each other. The atmosphere was very loud, there was a large party in the back making so much noise. We couldn’t hear our own conversation. Which I understand they were celebrating., however it got to be too much and the management didn’t ask them to lower the volume. Our waitress was absolutely amazing polite and knowledgeable of the menu. We ordered the crab cakes, blackened salmon( too salty) garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. We also ordered the Fred Berry Sangria which tasted like grape soda. Prices were reasonable. Restaurant was clean.

Our waitress was so kind and helpful! She gave us a brief history of the establishment. Then she helped us decide which cocktail to choose. Also, with various food items, she gave helpful, gentle, suggestions. We were sooo pleased with our meal! The calamari, she crab soup, and veal parmesean were out of this world delicious!

Was looking forward to finishing off a long day with a nice steak from this self proclaimed “Italian Chophouse,” which seemed to have pretty good reviews online. I ordered the 14oz ribeye, which was well below average, and that’s probably being too kind. It was served over a massive load of mostly flavorless mashed potatoes and had some large quartered mushrooms piled on top, which again were lacking in flavor or presentation. The steak itself was a subpar cut of beef to say the least, with inconsistent marbling and a lot of gristle, which is something you don’t typically see in restaurant quality meat. The temperature was also very inconsistent, ranging from medium to very rare and there was zero crust. The underside was literally a sad color of gray, consistent of what you get when you heat a piece of previously cooked meat up in the microwave. I could prepare a better steak using an easy-bake oven. For $42, I would highly recommend saving your money and just going to Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse, where at least they understand the importance of a good deal and the steaks actually have a bit of flavor!

Went here 2 times now. The first time was such a great experience! Went here again for my wife’s birthday dinner with some friends. I had the blackened Halibut(10/10). We all were satisfied with our food and drinks except for my wife. She had multiple hairs in her food from someone who cooked it. The waitress we had took it back to the kitchen immediately. They recooked it and the manager brought it out and sincerely apologized and even took my wife’s meal off the bill. We are very pleased with how they handled that situation! Their food is always 10/10 though!

Came here tonight 3/6/25 around 5pm for my son’s birthday. The gentlemen host at the front was very warm, welcoming and charming. He asked if we were there for anything special and I just casually mentioned my son’s birthday. We had Siyette’s table and she was fabulous from beginning to end and went over and beyond in making sure we had a great experience. SHE mentioned my son’s birthday- without us even mentioning it to her. Even though the restaurant and she herself was super busy she was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of and didn't miss a beat or made to feel like she was as busy as she was or too busy to give special touches or great service. We come here at least twice a year for our birthdays, the food and service is always great but tonight due to the staffs attitude, service and atmosphere they really went over in making sure our night was made even better. Thank you!
