Wright's Barbecue in Johnson receives high praise for its amazing food and friendly staff. Many reviewers highlight the brisket and pulled pork as standout items, with some considering the pulled pork plate juicy and perfectly cooked. The sides, particularly the coleslaw and collard greens, are frequently noted for their quality, with some even describing the coleslaw as superior to grandma's. The atmosphere is appreciated, especially the outdoor seating, and the service is reported to be quick even during busy times. Amazing food. I have had better burnt ends at the Little Rock location l, but still amazing. Collard greens, green beans, brisket, mashed potatoes, beans....it's all so good.

My wife and I went here for lunch for the first time. We were referred here by friends to try it out and it was every bit as good as they said. They have a friendly staff, quick service, and a indoor and outdoor area to sit down and eat. We both had the BBQ brisket sandwich and loved it. I had the loaded MAC and cheese as a side. My wife had mashed potatoes. I highly recommend you going here if you want some excellent BBQ and a family atmosphere.

Wow! The food is amazing. The line moves very quick. The pulled pork was fantastic. Sausage was amazing. The coleslaw was better than grandma's. Sorry grandma. The highlight for me was the banana pudding. It has a texture and consistency somewhere between pudding and cool whip. Definitely worth the hype.

Heard this place had the best BBQ in Northwest Arkansas. OMG, no exaggeration. The pull pork plate was juicy and delicious. Besides the meat being perfectly cooked it's just as important for the sides. Best fresh coleslaw I've had in awhile. The collard greens equally delicious. Nice hint of vinegar. Reminded me of North Carolina. Please try all three table BBQ sauce with the meat.

Wrights Barbecue has a good reputation and I am glad we decided to try it! Fortunately, the weather was good for there was lots of seating. Eating on the deck under the oak tree was wonderful! The service was good considering there were two huge kids baseball teams ahead of us! The pulled pork sandwich was excellent! Everyone teased me about going to barbecue and getting a side of green beans but I have to tell you, they were quite tasty! Excellent food and ambiance, we will return!

I had the following best to worst. Ribs, pulled pork and bacon burnt ends. Also the coleslaw and potato salad. I tried the 3 sauces and all were good. Spicy , sweet and bold. I liked the ribs and pulled pork, but I didn't care of the bacon burnt ends at all. The ribs and pulled pork were good enough to want to eat here again. The coleslaw and potato salad were average. I wouldn't order either one again. Next time, if I come back, it would be ribs, brisket and either pulled pork or brisket burnt ends. I THINK, but not positive, that most seating is outside. I was in a small room, with about 4-5 tables. There might be more, I just don't know.

WOW, STILL SHAKING MY HEAD .what we ordered & ate was phenomenal! !! This place deserves 7 stars ! & for what we got(3 meat)platter price is right.pic is after we had started eatin. Simple process = u order ,pay 4 it, get ur food, sit down & njoy . I hav had BBQ in the 6 central states. This is top shelf = not everybody can reach top shelf. We had brisket- sausage- ribs.

Not much for eating out at BBQ places usually because I've always been disappointed. Today was different. The brisket was impressive to me. My aunt got a pulled pork sandwich and said it was awesome. The best part was, my uncle said that "those are the best baked beans I've ever had".
