We got renegade sirloin with a side of mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and we got the sirloin with grilled shrimp and 2 sides: fried and baked potato. For appetizer we got the chicken wings. All the food came out nice and hot despite the resturant being very busy, food came out on a good time didn't take too long. Definitely recommend the wings appetizer I've never had a problem ordering them They come out delicious each time. Our entrees were great, Steak was cooked perfectly to medium as requested and was nice and juicy. Mac and cheese was nice and creamy. The rice for the shrimps weren't tasty but the shrimps itself were good. Why I'm giving this place a 4 instead of a 5 is the service. Our waitress had to be reminded multiple times about what we wanted and we didn't get straws until after the 3rd time we asked. Took forever to get the bill. She just completely forgot everything we asked and we didn't really ask for much beside basics like straws and bread.

My girlfriends were trying to cheer me up, so they took me to the Empire Casino, where I won a little change. We got hungry and decided to go to Longhorn Steak house. It was a little wait, and we were seated after 10 minutes. We were seated in a booth style table. It was packed, and the service staff were moving. The good was to serve hot, and it was delicious. My Forever Friend pours a little butter garlic sauce that was provided by our server that had her licking her fingers. The kitchen is the star of this location. We definitely return. I returned again, I was not too fond of the stuff mushrooms. The cheese overpowered the mushrooms. The steak was still delicious.

I ordered a well done steak (on their scale on rare, medium and the rest of them, well done said there was absolutely no pink) it came out medium rare, I told them I asked for well done, they cooked the same steak, it came out completely burnt on one side and still came out medium well not well done. You could even smell how burnt it was (the pictures are hard to see because of the lighting and was after I had already sent it back). My fiance ordered a medium steak and it came out rare, and the picture is of an end piece that was cooked better than the rest, the rest of the steak was way more rare.

It didn't take as long to be seated as we were on the wait list. Becky seated us and told us that our server would be with us shortly. We were greeted warmly by , Destiny, our server. Destiny is very kind and very knowledgeable of her job. Before, we could even ask her questions about what they serve for drinks, etc. she was already on top of it and provided us with the all of the options. We decided on sweet tea and sprite to drink. Destiny offered to bring the warm bread and butter to the table. Since, this was our first time here we decided to try a few different things off of the menu. We ordered the seasoned wings, wild west shrimp, french onion soup, the LH Burger and fire roasted corn on the cob, a 8-oz sirloin steak with half a rack of baby back ribs with crispy brussel sprouts. We decided to order the best dessert on the menu the chocolate stampede. Our food arrived extremely quickly. I must say the food was on point. The wings and shrimp were seasoned to perfection and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend that you try these two items on the menu. The French onion soup is very good. By this point, we were almost full. However, we had to get to the main entrees. 🙂 it was only just a taste. The steak is tender and juicy, The crispy brussel sprouts were extremely good, and the ribs were fork tender and the BBQ sauce is so good. The burger and roasted corn are good. Needless to say, we had plenty of to-go boxes. We decided to go ahead and take a small bite of the chocolate stampede. It is absolutely delicious, and I see why it is their top seller. I would like to say "thank you" to Becky and Destiny. They treated us with kindness and sincerity; and they gave us great customer service. Please make sure when, you stop in to please say "hi" to Destiny and Becky if, they are there and request to be seated in their area. I would highly recommend coming here to eat. I know that we will be back to try more menu items.

Haley was an amazing waitress, she was attentive, gave wonderful conversation & was so down to earth!!! The food was great as usual!!! My new fav go-to meal is the Parmesan crusted chicken & ribs (so delish…yummm).

Food was really good especially within the price point. The food was served hot and in good portion sizes. Kendra was very nice, gave great customer service and enhanced our dining experience. This was our first time going. We usually try Texas Roadhouse but decided to change it up and we are really glad we did! We will come back and order the Parmesan Spinach dip again! I am typically really anxious about how my steak is prepared (I like medium rare) and it came out great! I only gave 4 starts for atmosphere because it was very cold inside and we had to keep our jackets on to eat.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed delicious meals! Food was fresh, well seasoned, well prepared with large lunch size portions! Everything from the beverages, appetizers to our main courses, was all awesome. Our service provider, Belle, was adorable and so helpful, friendly and always On-Point! A wonderful lunch outing!

I recently dined alone at the bar at LongHorn Steakhouse and was served by Kendra. From the moment I sat down, she made me feel welcome and comfortable, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. During my visit, my steak, which I had ordered medium rare, came out overcooked. Without hesitation, Kendra handled the situation with professionalism and care. She immediately addressed the issue, ensured that the kitchen prepared a replacement cooked to perfection, and kept me updated throughout the process. Her ability to turn a potentially frustrating experience into a positive one was truly impressive. Beyond that, Kendra’s service was top-notch. She was attentive, ensuring my drink was always refilled, and offered great recommendations with a smile. Despite a busy bar, she made me feel like a valued guest. Thanks to Kendra, what could have been a disappointing experience turned into an enjoyable evening. LongHorn Steakhouse is lucky to have someone as capable and customer-focused as her.
