Logan's Roadhouse

We got there around 6:50pm .We waited to be seated until 7:35. We ordered 5 minutes later. At 8:30, I got my chicken tenders first. 5 minutes later, the steak. In almost an hour, I'm waiting for the food, not once the waitress apologized for the wait. She brought more bread, that was it. No explanation or anything. The steak was well done, not medium, as my partner asked. He tells her he won't eat it or wait more time. She then said she would ask the manager for a discount. We thought they would take out the plate, no he discounted $15 . He didn't want the food, and we were aggravated with the long time we waited for the food and no communication from our waitress..Very bad experience. Won't be going to this location ever again.

The food was hot & good. Ribs melted in your mouth. The server was amazing we didn't run out of drinks not one time. The atmosphere wasn't loud you could hear your own conversation. We went after 12 & was seated upon entry...no wait

Bartender didn’t recognize me for 10 minutes and there were only 4 people at the bar. Ordered a 9 oz Filet Mignon for $30 that looked so pitiful. I posted a photo of said steak. Mac n cheese tasted like store bought for kids. Review would have been far better if the attitude of the bartender was better. Just go to Texas Roadhouse, it’s right down the street.

My granddaughter book reservations for my 73rd Birthday party March 8th and we had a blast. There was compliments on the variety of food that we ordered. I ordered a steak and it was very delicious seasoned just right. The wait staff was a little slow, other than that everything was good. Thanks to all the wait staff who served the Kannon Powell Birthday Celebration

all right so when we first got here, we had to wait about 20 minutes before we was even able to get our drinks properly, 🙅🏻‍♂️matter of fact, we didn’t even get what we asked for properly because we never did get a Long Island iced tea and they gave us to go cups, a tea and a water in a Togo cup, and we haven’t even been served yet. Also, the waiter was giving us extra food that we didn’t ask for and we never got our main course Food They Internet is down and it is straight chaos. Needless to say, we walked out with only appetizers in our stomach, and a few sips of drink and thankful the manager covered our bill cause we never did get to eat because of poor service. Pour everything I don’t even wanna give a waiter a star I don’t wanna give it one star it’s like a negative hundred but that spinach dip and onions was fire still my favorite place but not when we have that waitress.

My daughter and her bf took me here last night. The food was fantastic. Steak was cooked to perfection. Our waitress Sabrina was excellent. She made sure our drinks never ran out and kept checking to make sure we didn’t need anything. Great experience!! Thank you.

We had a wonderful waitress! A true delight. She was very personable. We loved feasting on our rolls while waiting for our food to arrive. When it arrived, everything was great! The atmosphere is quite lively and inviting.
