How does a simple 2 item order get bungled? Only wanted a baked potato with chives, cheese & butter but got a sweet potato instead?? SMH... I could see if I'd ordered a complex order for a multitude of people, but it was for myself after being unable to eat since Friday due to an illness.. Greatly disappointed 😞 & won't be eating this meal tonight either.. French onion soup is over salted.. what a waste of time & money.. 8:26pm Ashley, one of the managers, returned my call & addressed my concerns. Refunded me for the mistaken order & apologized for my inconvenience... Thank you, Ashley!! Your prompt correction to my disappointment is greatly appreciated. I look forward to having a pleasant dine in service once I'm better & meeting you in person ☺️

Absolutely loved it, food was excellent and our waiter John was on top of everything. It was like the man was psychic. Very amicable and charismatic. Only complaint is that the booths were about an inch or two too small, so it gets cramped when you're eating with others.

10/31/2024 There’s a lot to unpack here. I ordered a little under $100 of food. Everything came out right except my $30 meal. I ordered the prime rib and got a rib eye smothered in prime rib seasoning as if the chef hoped I wouldnt know the difference. My baked potato clearly should have been tossed out before it was baked and the asparagus was soggy bathing in a pool of water at the bottom of me container. See pictures attached (s&s 12 oz Prime Rib)… Being that we ordered ahead we assumed showing up thirty minutes later we wouldn’t have to wait very long although 20 minutes went by and no food. The atmosphere at this location is one that I frequently try to avoid unless I’m in a bind or have little time. Be sure to watch out for the crazy tweakers panhandling/demanding money at the light to this location. The traffic is toxic and if I were you I’d just go down the road to Mt Holly and get a good take out dinner there instead. Wish I could give this place zero stars but a one star will have to do. It’s amazing to me that any business can succeed operating the way this one does at this location. Good luck to anyone willing to brave the journey here.

We had a great dinner here last night! Their lobster tail is very good, the only thing I would ask to consider is less sodium in salads and lobster, and my steak I asked medium well, but it was more medium, with some blood still over there. Anyway it was a very good time because the place has a very nice positive atmosphere. They have a bar, just in case someone is looking for a place to relax after a long week. Plenty of parking which is a huge bonus. Great place to visit!

Our waiter was courtesy and pleasant. We both order a ribeye. Hers well done and mine mid well. Her came out mid well and mine mid raw. She asked the waiter if they could cook hers longer. The manager told the waiter to take it back and shine his phone light on it to show her it was not red inside. Make that make sense. So he finally proceeded to take it back, and the manager brought it back with only that one piece that was cut. Recooked. Both of our streaks were so much fat. We hardly got to eat anything. Will not be coming back to this Outback location. They also could work on their cleanliness.

The door was opened for us upon arrival, we were checked on frequently and with smiling faces too! The food met expectations well honestly surpassed expectation with freshness and flavor. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was lovely to be within!

We Had A Party Of 10. We Called Ahead For The Call Ahead Seating. Our Time Was For 4:50. We Arrived In Time. We Had A Few Running Behind About 15 Minutes. We Had Reese/Reece as our server tonight. She Was Very Understanding With The Delay. She Took An Appetizer Order & Brought Us Our Beverages. At That Point The Rest Of The Party Had Arrived. She Allotted Them Time To Read The Menu A Few Minutes, When She Returned, We Placed Our Orders. She Was Very Honest About The Beverage Questions My Brothers Had. She Was Very Helpful With Explaining To Us Our SideOptions. The Food Came To The Table Piping Hot, Fresh Off The Grill. Everything Was Prepared As Requested. It Was Delicious!! The Service Was Impeccable!! Reese Was AMAZING! Sometimes You Have Hiccups When A New Establishment Just Opens Up. We Didn't Today. They Had It All Together. Even The Other Staff Members Were Very Friendly. Great Experience! ✌️😎
