Customer Review Summary

Mixed reviews for Morton's The Steakhouse highlight both exceptional food and service, as well as significant service shortcomings. On one hand, patrons praised the delicious food, particularly the Wagyu filet, lobster ravioli, and large portions, noting that the quality justified the price. Many guests appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, attentive service from managers and servers, and personal touches for special occasions like anniversaries and birthdays. On the other hand, several reviewers experienced poor service, citing long waits, indifferent bartenders, and negative attitudes from some staff. While overall dining experiences were positive for many, inconsistencies in service quality led to disappointment for others, particularly at this specific location.

Disappointed with this location. 5 star prices for 3 star treatment. First, it was about 15 minutes before we could get a drink order in while dining at the bar. The place was maybe 20 percent full, but they only had one bartender making drinks for the restaurant, who was not the greatest at mixology or customer service. Second, I asked if the bartender if the restaurant would make the shrimp Alexander appetizer even though it is no longer on the menu. Every other time I have asked for that appetizer at another location, they have made it for me despite not having it on the menu. The worst part is the bartender never asked the manager or the chef before immediately saying no. This is unacceptable for a restaurant that advertises 100% customer satisfaction. The food was fabulous as usual. The Wagyu filet is one of the best steaks anywhere. Sweet, intense flavor from the first bite to the last. The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The price is reasonable for how exceptional the food usually is. The loaded baked potato is awesome and what an upscale steakhouse baked potato should be.

Value was wonderful! Large portions, especially for restaurant week. Best $50 you’ll spend on a meal! Service was spread thin throughout the restaurant, but our server’s prompt, polite, and friendly demeanor and the quality & value of the food is what will hold the day. (We initially had reservations for 7:30pm but changed them to 7pm a few hours before hand in the open table app.) Arrive with patience. Our reservations were for 7pm. It was restaurant week. We got checked in at 7 and were asked to go sit at the bar until our table was ready. We noticed that this was what they asked of everyone who came in after us. Upon being seated, we were greeted with a massive loaf of delicious handmade baked bread! My wife and I each had a pour of Elijah Craig on the rocks. (Server asked if we wanted small cubes or one large, that was interesting / accommodating!) Due to the amount of time we were seeing food come to tables, we ordered quickly. Our courses came out perfectly on time and with each one we were impressed! We had the lobster ravioli and 6oz filet. Delicious! The au gratin potatoes were a massive portion, but perhaps a little too potatoe-y for us. Large chunks of potatoes made it more like a casserole. We enjoyed a glass of wine each, my wife went went with the Duckhorn and for me the house Malbec. Overall, this was a great value for restaurant week! 3 course meal and two drinks each under $200, not bad!

Tonight's dining experience at Morton's was absolutely exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Manager David and our waiter Chris. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with genuine warmth and attentiveness that made the evening truly special. David went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, checking in with us throughout the night to make sure we were completely satistied. His dedication to creating a memorable experience was evident in every detail, and we truly appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Chris, our waiter, provided impeccable service with a friendly demeanor and great attention to detail. He guided us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations, made sure our glasses were never empty, and timed each course perfectly. His passion for hospitality truly shone through, elevating our entire meal. Thanks to David and Chris, we had an unforgettable evening filled with delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-tier service. We can't recommend Morton's enough and look forward to coming back for another amazing experience!

Dinner was great. I loved that they had a message for me on the menu for my birthday. My waiter could have been better and more attentive, but I gave him grace because maybe he had a lot of tables to wait on or was new.

Loved our dining experience today. Our server was so nice and made us feel so special for our wedding anniversary celebration. Loved the crab cakes, caprese salad, lobster Mac and cheese but above all the Wagyu Filet Mignon and regular Filet Mignon were both fantastic. Thank you for making our celebration so special. The highlight was receiving our picture in a frame with wedding anniversary wishes. So cute. 🥰.

You can never go wrong with Morton's The Steakhouse. Their restaurants are always upscale. This particular Morton's had two floors. The staff was outstanding. Our waiter and waitress have both been in the industry for over 15 years. Very knowledgeable of the entire menu. We took them up in several of their recommendations. Needless to say, they were spot on. All of our meals were prepared perfectly and seasoned just like we requested. Five Stars.

Was not impressed with the service at all. Lauren was underwhelming. Her attitude was not up to par. Spencer was very nice and sweet. The entire crew sang to multiple birthday parties and didn’t sing to the two at our table. Didn’t put the proper items on the proper checks, the list goes on. Not impressed by this location. Will not return.
