Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

We went to Firebirds to celebrate my birthday and we had an amazing time! Our server was Brittany. She was super sweet and the service was great. Unfortunately, my dad’s order got mixed up but the managers (Marvin and sorry we forgot the other name) went above and beyond to make things right! We were all so impressed with the level of service and the professionalism!! Firebirds is one of my favorites and absolutely nothing has changed after today! Thank you for the amazing service and for helping me celebrate my birthday!!! We will certainly be back!

Visited Firebirds for lunch with my family. It wasn't busy in the early afternoon. All employees were welcoming and helpful. Explained that there was a shellfish allergy in my party and the server ensured the food ordered was not cooked on the same surface or oil as other entrees. Thank for the wonderful experience!

I visited one weekday when it wasn't busy at all, but for some reason, there was quite an extended wait on service. No problem though, the server was very friendly, attentive, etc. The caesar salad was truly fabulous, presentation and flavor taking the lead. The croutons I weren't expecting to be excellently seasoned. I don't know what the flavor was, but I think a buffalo-seasoned crouton? Decently priced. The stake was seasoned very nicely. Definitely a go-to for family gatherings, celebrations, etc.

Our server Brie, made our first time experience at this location very much fun and entertaining! She was very attentive and very pleasant. Her sense of humor also made our experience enjoyable! Definitely will return hoping to be seated within Brie's seating. Also the food was 10/10! Not one complaint.

Love the atmosphere the bar area was really nice. We sat near the bar. I got the hot honey chicken sandwich and the steak fries. The fries weren’t as hot as I wanted them to be and they were a little salty. The chicken was pretty good hot at all or spicy. My husband had the tomahawk pork chop and mashed potatoes, which was really good and the sauté mushrooms. We will definitely go back and revisit because I would like to taste the pasta.

First time at this location. Met a friend for brunch and opted to sit outside. Our waiter was great and weather was perfect. Was great for people watching. I tried the new steak Benedict and it was very flavorful. Would have like my steak to have been medium, but that’s my fault for not telling them. But it was delish either way.

Fantastic food, fantastic service! What a delightful experience we had tonight with our server, Mae! Mae was so pleasant and was truly a pleasure to have as our server this evening! Thank you Mae & firebirds!

This is a place we go for a treat, one of the first restaurants I ever went to after moving to Charlotte. The crème brûlée cheesecake is a favorite. Their salads are delicious, this was the first time trying a burger and it was huge! Very tasty, def recommend.
