Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse

I have been to other upscale restaurants in the area, so I had high hopes for this one. The restaurant is beautiful. We had a group gathering down in the wine cellar, which was amazing. All the service we received was top-notch. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Most of the food was really good. Lot of variety and well prepared food. Our steaks were very salty, and several were undercooked for other guests with us. That would be my biggest issue, which is the main course not being perfect. Overall, it was a great place.

This is a great place for a business dinner, anniversary or birthday. It is like The Capitol Grille, only even better. From the time we came in we were impressed. We had a great server- really he was like a waiter in the classical sense. The steak I had Prime Cut was delicious and so was the creamed spinach. The bread was fluffy and divine. The desert was a Strawberry Cheesecake - yummy. I will definitely return.

Our server was an angel and the accommodations were great. My sister in law got married so we had a private area on the second floor. I arrived early with flowers and they were more than accepting of the fact we needed to park our own car then handed the keys to the front desk for the valet. The food was great, and they were very accommodating when it came to dessert because we wanted the wedding cake served and the desserts that came with the meal boxed to go home. All around it was a great experience for us and I would happily give them my business the next time we are in town

We had the complimentary fresh rolls and ordered the salad with bacon, sea bass with crab Asian rice, lobster mac & cheese, and Tomahawk steak. Everything was delicious. We ordered the lemon cake to go. Thank you for making this a memorable evening for us.

We came here for our company end of year dinner. The company has had their end of year dinner here for several years, and it has been great every time. I had the meatballs appetizer, crab cake, filet mignon, with asparagus, mashed potatoes, cream spinach, and strawberry cheesecake for dessert. Everyone enjoyed the food. The room they seated us in was private and large enough for our party. The bathrooms were clean, and there are plenty of stalls that we didn't have to wait in line to use the bathroom. My only complaint was they do not have a full-length mirror, and it was very dimly lit. They do have a coat check at the door, which was pretty convenient. If you are looking for a high-end place to eat, I would highly recommend coming here.

Our server, Matthew, was amazing. He took the time to explain the menu and the different options available. He even went as far as explaining how the food was cooked. That’s a big plus for me, since I have food allergies. He even asked about our allergies when we were about to order. That really made me feel appreciated. Our food experience was great, even though there was a slight hiccup with the scallops. They were so accommodating and replaced them with something else. And guess what? The chef even added a wagyu meatball to our meal, which was absolutely delicious! The staff really went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. My husband and I are simple folks, and we totally get that sometimes things don’t go as planned. We thank the whole staff for making this birthday dinner very special for my husband. Also, THANK YOU to Mr.Buddy for the butter cake. We ordered… Appetizers - Sweet and Spicy shrimp along with a lump crab cake Entree 1 - Surf and Turf Filet Trio - Filet Medallions Topped With Mini Crab Cake, Scallop, Jumbo Shrimp Entree 2 - Prime Porterhouse 24oz steak (cooked medium well) Side - Lobster Mac and cheese, regular Mac and cheese, creamy spinach, and truffle fries

The food was EXCELLENT. Buddy, the manager, made certain we were treated with utmost care. I have celiacs, so they were very thorough in making our food gluten free!!!

I went for their annual toys for tots Christmas party. It was a great time. Live band, some passed apps, everyone in good spirits. The wait staff was great and food was delish as well. It did get extremely crowded at the bar area so if you didn’t have a reserved dinner time definitely had to practice patience with the bar staff as they were very busy. But they handled it gracefully.
