Our valentines night choice that doesn’t not disappoint! We were met with the warmest of atmospheres from the moment we stepped through the door. The booth my wife and I shared provided an intimate setting to enjoy each other’s company without feeling secluded from happenings of the restaurant. Our service from Sadie was a premier experience and absolute delight from a true professional. Her knoweldge of the menu inside and out helped our dinner decision process with ease and efficiency. As the night progressed her and the other wait staff were in and out with gracious courtesy to keep the table uncluttered to enjoy the meal from start to finish. Started with the crab cakes and cheese plate for the appetizers. For our entree we shared a beef Wellington that was executed with an elegance that made each tender bite better than the last. For sides we chose potatoes lyonnaise and garlic Brussels sprouts. Everything met the high expectations that I had in my mind and we will definitely be back for another elevated dinner date soon. This is an establishment that’s outside of my normal price range, but it’s obvious why and completely worth it. Easily the best steak I’ve had in my life. Excellent service and intimate atmosphere. All of the food was absolutely incredible. Staff has impeccable timing and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Haley's breadboard. The Delmonico just melted. All of the seafood was fantastic. Creme brulee to die for. The setting and the ambiance can't be beat. Low lighting, rich leather, dark woods, 1920s art Deco feel. The absolute best experience I've had in a restaurant. 100/10 would highly recommend.

I love this place! It has a great ambiance with a quiet, speakeasy atmosphere. Our waiter, Joe, is always incredibly friendly and attentive. He's awesome. I highly recommend it for anniversaries and birthdays. We always end up spending over $400, but the experience is well worth the price.

Our family made our first night out to The Committee and it did not disappoint. The food, SERVICE (wow) and over all atmosphere were amazing, my wife had the demonico ribeye and she said it was perfect. I had the halibut (delicious).. and our kids had the land, air & sea. With the overall esthetic of the hotel and the restaurant you forget you're in Omaha. We had a great experience and look forward to returning. P.s. get the Old Fashioned.

Our waiter Justin started the night off by getting our drink order and then walking us through the whole entire menu and describing everything in incredible detail. I opted for the Beef Wellington, which was amazing! I quickly and happily finished a large cut of it in no time flat. I gotta mention the creamed corn, it was some of the best I’ve ever had. When it comes time for desert, get the baked Alaska, it tastes great and the presentation was insane.

I would recommend probably one of the best steaks I had. Wedge salad was good. Blue cheese was not too overpowering. Over all everything worked together Aged cheddar Mac had some incredible flavors and hit my mouth different.
