The bone-in-filet is the best I've ever had. It's worth the splurge when on the menu. We share sides and take home extra. Love their brussel sprouts. Ask to sit in the passageway. The atmosphere is superb while sitting on the balcony outside with plants and old bricks around you. Omaha gem.

This place is as good as it gets, from the moment we walked in, until went out, it was an A+ night. Service was incredible, young man took our coats when we arrived, Justin was perfect as our server and the head guy (Vikings fan) was so fun to chat with through the evening. Every detail was perfect. We tried it all (soups, salad, steaks, sides and dessert), and EVERYTHING was top notch. Would never skip this place when in Omaha.

If you want a great steak, this is the place. Expensive but great quality steaks and sides. Had the 20 oz strip medium rare. It was perfectly cooked with a great crust. Potatoes are huge. Wedge salad was fresh and well made with a great amount of bacon. Would definitely come again for the steak.

I absolutely love the atmosphere, reminds me of the old Maxine's.. They bring out a display of the food and the waiter reviewed all options. This is something you don't see in Omaha, this is usually a practice performed in very high end large cities, where the steaks start at $150 and go up.. The prices here seem incredible reasonable for the setting. Honestly not much more than a chain steakhouse, but, the experience, the presentation is far beyond what you get there.. Growing up here, playing in the old market as a young child through my teenage years, the nostalgia is palpable.. Bread is served, soft butter, warm bread, spot on. Crab cakes. PERFECTION... large chunks of crabs, perfectly cooked, not oily, pure deliciousness Artichoke dip. This is probably the best I have had, at least in the omaha area. I love the taste of artichoke, often it is too subdued. With this dish, the artichoke sings... This is for those that love artichokes, if that is not you, or you are used to chain store dips, this might not be for you... We both ordered the 11 oz, filet, medium rare. This is exquisite. Perfectly cooked, excellent flavor. Most importantly, fork tender. This steak is over an inch thick and I can cut it with my fork!!!.... Asparagus, as you would expect, perfectly grilled, excellent flavor Waffle fries....... yes I know, why not a soup, why not a potato, because my wife loves waffle fries, that's why... they are perfect. I want to mention the ranch, yes, we dip them in ranch.. I believe it to be house made, delicious, and most importantly, no overpowering dill dill flavor, this is creamy and rich... Strawberry cheesecake, decadent, rich, delicious...... Huge shout out to our waiter Terry, you are what all servers should aspire to be. Very attentive, immediately at the table, you provided us with a magnificent dinning experience... Dirty silverware from appetizers were swapped with new utensils. Packed our leftover appetizers for us, and the entire time with a friendly smile... For everyone reading this, ask for this gentleman, he is a professional... This place is definitely 5 out of 5... We highly recommend.

An all-around fine dining experience. White table cloths and an excellent wine were a perfect start in this cozy dining room, upstairs. Caesar salad was great. Truffle mashed potatoes and expertly cooked asparagus as sides. Prime Filet was cooked to order--medium rare. Waitress was pleasant and helpful. Weeknight crowd grew larger as the evening progressed, and every patron seemed to enjoy their time in the Old Market classic. If you're going to pay for something more than a meal, you will find it here.

What a great evening we had here! The steaks, atmosphere and service was outstanding. Our server Maddie was outstanding. She recommended great bottle of wine and was a great host. The truffle mashed was outstanding and our steaks were perfect! We will be back next time in Omaha

If want to get a famed Omaha steak, this is a great restaurant to do it in. It's an older establishment rich with character and history. Love the photos and stories lining every wall. The food was made with love. My filet was cooked perfectly and the lobster Mac was delicious. My only complaint was the serving staff. While friendly, they were rather informal and felt way out of their league waiting in this type of restaurant. They felt more akin to the staff you'd find working a dive bar burger joint. But it didn't at all ruin my experience here which was otherwise top notch!

Lamb chops are not good. Cream spinach bland. Crab cakes, excellent. Spilled butter on my husband's lap, comped the dessert for that. 2 hours total dining time, 1 hour mostly waiting on our server. Probably won't go back.
