Dynamite Woodfire Grill

I want to share my experience at the restaurant Dynamite Woodfire Grill and the excellent service provided by Chef Jose Angel (Jose). I wish I could give him more than five stars! The food was delicious and prepared exactly as I requested. I didn’t have to wait long for our meals. My daughter is very picky, and it was fascinating to see her eating and enjoying everything. Overall, my experience was excellent, and the customer service was amazing. I highly recommend this place!💌👐

My family was in town for 3 days visiting Creighton. We had reservation at a different restaurant for dinner each night. We loved the food so much we ended up having dinner here all three night. We have severe food allergies, they were very accommodating and attentive with our meals. The steak were amazing and I highly suggest the carrots, mac and cheese, asparagus, and the Brussel sprouts as sides. It was also fun that last night Senator Bernie Sanders was eating at the table next to us.

I’ve just recently moved to the Omaha area and have been exploring all of the food spots. Dynamite was recommended by a friend, so I took my daughter here for a special evening. Every single part about this place was thoughtful. The staff, the decor, most importantly, the food. It was an experience for us for sure. The chef was engaging and the food he brought us was incredible. Different levels of flavor and much appreciated on a cold day. The two working the grill cooked the best steak I’ve ever had, which is something to me. The individual waiting on our table was amazing as well. Very seriously, everything was perfection for us, so thank you.

I've been to this restaurant about four times, hoping every time I was wrong to think their food is bad. But they never fail to convince me otherwise. Nice ambiance and great service, but the steak is too salty and the dishes overall are just very mediocre. Definitely not worth $600+ we spent for our Valentine's day.

This was our first time here and let me say it was absolutely amazing!!!!! From the start with the hostess to our amazing server! The manager even came by our table to check and see how everything was. The food is not only delicious but the portions for the price was fantastic! We ordered the Ruben crouquettes as an appetizer and they melted in your mouth. My husband got a wedge side salad and I got the Caesar salad. Both out of this world. Now the main course. I got the scallops that had the cauliflower purée, peas and asparagus….so rich and velvety almost. Pure perfection. My husband got the ribeye and the charred corn. It was cooked perfectly and probably the most tender steak we’ve ever had in a restaurant. We ordered the cheesecake for dessert which was just the right way to end a perfect meal. We will definitely be back, I can’t wait to plan our next visit!!!

We sat at the bar and it is so cool to see the fire grill and the chef prepare the steak. The food was really good, we shared a NY strip and it was super flavorful. Service was really good too, maybe a touch slow to bring out drinks, but not too big a deal since we were enjoying the spectacle of the grill. Only thing is that the plates were not preheated, so our food was cold by the time we finished it. The sides were ok, sauce was good.

Wife and I run across country motorcycle trip. We had dinner here and we're pleasantly surprised. Cocktails were spectacular. The service was impeccable. Food was pretty good too. You can really feel the heat radiating from the wood fired grill. It's a pretty cool machine to look at too.

After a long day of travel we were looking forward to a good meal and Dynamite did not disappoint. Janeva's service was perfect start to finish! The steak Edelson cooked on the amazing smelling wood fired grill was mouth watering!
