Very impressed with this place! All the food we tried had great taste and quality. The place had a good atmosphere and was not too loud. Our server, Nick, was extremely kind and accommodating to us. The Mahi Mahi was fresh and not dry. I would recommend the carrot cake over the bread pudding. Would recommend this place for a family get together. 5 stars!

Had a great experience at Charleston's today. Food came out pretty quickly and our servers (before and after shift change) were attentive and both went above and beyond. The black beans that came with my husband's enchilada plate contained meat this time, and he doesn't eat pork or red meat... staff quickly remedied the situation and brought out a new plate with corn. Would suggest mentioning the change in the beans or saying on the menu that they contain meat for those with dietary restrictions. The carrot cake (served warm) and Key Lime pie were yummy as usual. The Pink Diamond (with sugared rim) is one of my favorite cocktails.

A little disappointing. The server was inattentive, did not refill the drinks, and never asked how the food was. It was an early lunch so the restaurant was not busy. The fresh fish (mahi mahi blackened) was solid. The portion size was a little small for the price. However, the fish was moderately fresh tasting, cooked well, and tasty. The salad that came with the meal was good. Fresh, crisp lettuce with some really zesty, homemade Italian dressing. Overall, I expected much more. It was five star pricing for 4 star food and 2 star service.

The food and the prices were excellent! The service was unsurpassable! Brittany was our waitress and we have NEVER received such good service anywhere and anytime before. She was very patient, very polite, very friendly, and very helpful. Everybody there that night was super awesome! Next time we’re in Omaha, we are definitely going there again. Charlestons with its employees, food, atmosphere, and prices…get five stars from me easily.

We enjoyed our trip to Charleston's! Our 5 year old loved their Mac & Cheese from the kid's menu. Our 7 year old had the burger, which was decent as well. They were both excited about the scoop of ice cream that came for desert. Generous portions for the kid's meals - they could not finish them. We had a flatbread, which was good! The sausage on top of the pesto was delicious! The French dip sandwich was good as the menu suggests. Maybe not the most amazing French dip ever - but certainly above average. The cocktails were OK, I'd say that's really the only area that was a little... Meh. Service was A+ and it was easy to get a seat, even on Friday around 6. Great atmosphere and prices fairly reasonable. Worth a visit if you are looking for some good food!

Food was devine, had the fish of the day, cocktails are delicious, slightly heavy pour, no complaints as a customer on that, bar did take some time to pump out drinks but they had a full house, so personally i was inderstanding. Server was knowledgeable of the menu, but definitely busy. No complaints for my visit, will come back!
