Wilderness Ridge

We had had reservations for dinner Saturday evening and were seated right away. After 20 minutes without anyone approaching our table, I went to the desk and reminded them we had been seated. 10 minutes later a server came our way but walked past us to greet a table that had just been seated. We determined we weren't going to be served and left very disappointed. We had much higher expectations and will not come back.

Horrible service . Waited 30 minutes with a reservation and were not even servwd water. Will not return. UPDATE: The manager reached out following this experience and was proactive in making sure that we knew this wasn't a normal experience. We returned to give them another try and our experience was outstanding. Great service, amazing good. We will definitely go back!!

August 30th, 2023 Enjoyed a delicious meal inside the stunning Wilderness Ridge on our last night in Lincoln. Another choice for dining is the relaxing patio that overlooks the fantastic water park area. Superb wait staff. This is a beautiful location to host any occasion from business to personal 💗

The food was really good! And the staff was very friendly. Our server was very patient and talkative with my family (who ask a lot of questions and appreciated his excellent advice). The decor (lots of taxidermy and wood and golf photos) was maybe a tiny bit much, but certainly added to the "lodge" experience. And the food was fresh and well paired within each of our dishes. They had live music outside and good spacing inside. And their drinks menu was extensive, they had great mixed drinks (my moms vesper was excellent, as was my apple spiced mojito). Highly recommend for a fancy night out!

We were disappointed in the vegetables at the Pinnacle Bank party. They needed butter and garlic for flavor. The rolls were pretty small. The dessert was TCBY cups of yogurt. Not that special. I think I had white chocolate flavor...waitress said "white vanilla". Prime rib was outstanding! With horsey sauce. Waiters did a Great job filling the waters and taking away dirty dishes!!!

As we told them it was our 12th Anniversary, they gave us a lovely card and a wonderful dessert on the house: chocolate mousse with raspberry sauce (best part of dinner!). Beautiful venue! Will try again sometime next time we're in town.
