Wife and I both had the Texas Beef Brisket. Delish! Worth the wait. Bonus was getting to sample some hot links while we waited. Service was great. 1st time visitor, definitely not the last visit.

I enjoyed a lot the Hot Beef Dinner (Texas-style beef brisket over Texas toast served with mashed potatoes & brown gravy). Best main dish of my trip to Lincoln. Thanks.

The first place in Lincoln NE where the white gravy tasted right! Absolutely delicious is the sample platter and fried chicken steak with gravy and mashed potatoes. Even the cornbread was good! Would have been an overall five star rating except I don't like that businesses are up-charging for credit card use. Every place needs to stop doing that immediately.

Got there about 530 and it wasn't too busy. By the time we left, there was a waiting list to be seated. The food was delicious and there was plenty to eat. Deserts were excellent all around and the wait staff was very friendly and helpful to all of our questions. Some really neat pictures on the walls and the old license plates were fun to look at.

Highly recommend this restaurant! My family loves to eat here, our recent visit was one of the best, the food was amazing, a couple of waitresses, were so sweet and gave recommendations on their favorite things to try since I normally stick to the same thing every time… and my drink never went too low before being replaced which is one of the best things a waitress can do! Anywayssss, we will definitely be back😊

Bella good server. Food very good. Would've been 5 stars had it been Coke not Pepsi.

Amazing and affordable food with excellent service. Had a party of 12 and all agreed best ribs they ever had. My chicken fried steak covered plate and had light flaky crust, delicious. Onions rings and blooming flowers were perfect! Corn muffins are are must try. We were so full we forgot about birthday desserts. Everyone is talking about going back and trying prime rib next time.

Ordered takeout pulled pork sandwich. It was dry, tough, crusty, almost inedible. This should not have left the kitchen. The cashier was very friendly and helpful so points for that as it can be hard to find. Sorry, but I probably won't bother eating here again.
