Outback Steakhouse

I decided to come her with my son on a Wednesday at 7:00pm. There restaurant wasn’t full and there was plenty of parking. I ordered the Alice springs chicken but they accidentally gave me the blooming chicken. I wasn’t a big fan of it. But Ashley was super nice and apologized and even offered multiple times to replace it. My son had the blooming chicken sandwich and he enjoyed it. Would definitely come back here and try again.

Jess was our server and she is exceptionally good at her job! Very quick and made she greeted us right away! Really good meal overall perfect place for a date night! My steak was cooked perfectly and the French onion was delicious! Will be coming back in the future!

Hosts and servers did their jobs, our server was very nice and helpful with answering everybody's questions. Just really did not have a good time. $21 for a piece of fried chicken breast, menus were dirty with leftover food stuck on them, there was urine all over the floor in the restroom which turned me off from going in to do my business and just hold it in until I got home.

We celebrated my birthday with a group of 12. The other steakhouse in town told us it would be a 2 plus hour wait. We called Outback and got in right away. The wait staff was excellent and was willing to split tickets out for us. The food was really good and lots of choices even for my sister on a keto diet. Will not return to competitor any time soon. Way to go Outback.

We came in on a Thursday evening after a funeral visitation and were immediately seated. We waited for 15-20 minutes with no contact, while a waitress helped a table next to us finish their meal/ticket. I finally asked the hostess what was going on and she said another waiter was our server, but then the waitress came over to take our drink order. The waiter was handling the other side of the restaurant so it was very confusing why he would be serving us. Our waiter made up for for the delay once he knew our table was his, but it was an unorganized/unfortunate/hold up for supper. Overall the food was very good and our waiter was very pleasant. In the future I hope there is a better system in place.

Where do I start, the waitress took our drink order and appetizer order in a timely and friendly fashion, but after that, it all went to he!!, She actually forgot to come to get our actual food order and simply stated it that way, the restaurant wasn't busy, she wasn't with other customers plain and simply forgot, then all 5 of us ran out of drinks in our glasses, and we almost had to flag down another waitress to get refills, then she went and refilled only 3 out of 5 drinks, and again no reason why, we waited over an hour for our food to arrive, I ordered a medium well-cooked steak, which was cooked correctly but was cool to eat as if it had been sitting awhile before being delivered to our table. We had come to eat for my son's birthday and had asked her to have them sing or announce his birthday as they do in other restaurants but she must have forgotten, and we were not going to dare remind her, as we didn't feel like sitting there for another hour, the same with dessert, my youngest had wanted dessert and I had ordered it with our meal, but again, didn't dare remind her. So unfortunately we had to ask for our check promptly, and you could tell she was ready for the 5 of us to leave, no excuses, no apologies, nothing. Now, my Husband is a very good tipper, and when with our drinks, appetizers, and meals being 35+$$ per person, and again 5 of us, he shortened her tip only $10, so he still left her a generous tip. Which she did not deserve. Now, we do not frequent this Steakhouse regularly, as others are closer to our house, but we decided to try, and we now know, why we do not. Sorry, just poor service all the way around for my family of 5. And no we didn't have young children, being loud and unruly, my youngest is 16, my 20-year-old, and his girlfriend, my husband and I, trying to have a nice meal out, for a golden birthday, 20 on the 20th.

Was very disappointed last night..we had a party on 10 and the rest of restaurant was pretty empty so we should of had better service. The bread was old and hard as a rock, several orders were wrong , steaks cooked too long and drinks not being refilled. So especially when the bill was over $300 ...please do better.
