Customer Review Summary
Pittsburgh Blue Steakhouse is highly praised for its exceptional service and overall dining experience. Many reviews highlight the quality of the steaks, particularly the filet and dry aged ribeye, which are noted for their perfect cooking and flavor. While the happy hour offerings were found lacking, the regular menu is considered impressive, with standout items like garlic butter bread and large, delicious portions. The ambiance is described as great, especially for outdoor dining, although some diners noted occasional issues with attention to detail from the staff. We had reservations for Valentines Day! Despite how busy it was our service was awesome and food was beyond expectations. We tend to go here occasionally but tonight was particularly great!! The filet was cooked to perfection and had great flavor!! I loved the loaded baked potato with toppings on the side!! Our waitress went above and beyond!!

I've been here countless times and what I can say is the service is top notch! I've been visited and felt like the establishment didn't respect my business and I love that. They are always on point. The reason for 4 stars is the happy hour, it's not nearly as delicious as you'd expect. Tried it twice because I was convinced the first time was a fluke. Not the case, the happy hour wasn't any better the second time and I don't need a third to confirm. Now the regular menu on the other hand is a chef's kiss! The bread with that garlic butter, the steak selection and side options oh soo yummy!! Talk about food coma!! If you want a good steak head on over and give them a try, you won't be disappointed! And the bathroom it sit worthy!!! 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾

Solid place for steak in Edina. I got the prime rib and it was gigantic and tasted great. The calamari was also crispy, hot and delectable. While the portions were large, the PR was on the mid-upper-mid quality but wasn’t anything to write home to mother in law about. The staff seems cheery and answered all my questions about which choice I should make for lunch. I wish there was a 4.5 option as that is a more appropriate rating. Will probably come back in the future

The atmosphere was great environment to enjoy your dinner. The service is good but not attentive with attention to detail. My appetizer was good but cold. The salad was bland with more lettuce than any other's topping to complete the salad arrangement. My steak was burn and salty, mash potatoes was cold and the green beans was hot and seasoned. The overall experience was okay and the food is over priced.

I had the dry aged ribeye, and it was perfect. The flavor was there and cooked med-rare. My wife had the bone-in tenderloin, and she was extremely pleased with the flavor. Had mushrooms and mac n cheese for our sides. Neither of us cared for the mac n cheese.

Very nice atmosphere & excellent service. Delicious food. We even got free cheese cake on our way out it was so good. Prices are reasonable 100$ for two salad two drinks & one steak. Highly recommend it.

Patio dining is the Twin Cities is a true pleasure during our warmer months. Pittsburgh Blue offers one of the best outdoor dining experiences with a generous selection of seafood entrees to choose from. I highly recommend the Seafood Tower to share. Exceptional atmosphere. Ground level entrance.

Went for lunch here , walking in it has a cool and sleek decor with dimmed lightning. And the service was decent. But the food was ehh okay more spice or seasoning is needed. Overall I will probably visit again soon for dinner.
