Gianni's Steakhouse

My significant other took me here for my birthday this year. It's one of my favorite restaurants. The food stands out for me!!! You won't find better stuffed hash browns in the city (in my opinion), but I have to say this visit my steak was one of the best I've ever had. We love steakhouse meals and this particular visit to Gianni's, we both were very impressed. The wine list is extensive, and drinks were delicious. My guy ordered key lime pie for dessert. We have made a habit of trying key lime pie ever since having it in Key West so we can compare it to where it is supposed to be the best anywhere. Gotta say, this pie was my favorite so far. It had such a beautiful flavor to it. A great friendly staff, a lovely atmosphere, a perfect date night for me, and a birthday meal.

Easily the best steakhouse around - easily the best value. Quality food cooked to perfection. The Bone-In Filet was juicy and tender at a perfect medium rare. The Potatoes Papalette are a must, as are the green beans and table side spun salad. There isn’t anything pretentious or unnecessary here, just straight up good food in an easily accessible space. Worth going out of the way for - highly recommended.

DELICIOUS food and drinks! Our waitress was amazing and didnt make us wait forever between checkins (while getting us started). My boyfriend got the porkchop and i got the filet mignon. I ordered my steak medium rare and it came back SO tender and juicy with the perfect sear. My "half" complaint is that it was *slightly* more well done than i was expecting, but i did wait a few minutes before cutting into it due to yapping. We also got the crab cake appetizer. 12/10, it was amazing and had so many flavors without overpowering the crab. He also thought the porkchop was 10/10. For sides, we got the asparagus and creamed corn. SO good. Cant wait to try their whole menu! For drinks we got the Manhattan, Old Fashion, and the Spiced Pear Daquiri. They were all amazing!

I chose a brandy Alexander for my dessert, and I wished I wasn’t too full to finish it! Terri has made the place truly special, and the staff seemed like a handpicked team who cared about each other, the customer, and serving exceptional food.

Came for Happy Hour once and really enjoyed it, came back to celebrate date night and the food is delicious here too! The steak off the menu was soooo tender and juicy! Recommend for sure if you are a steak person

5 Stars across the board. Excellent bourbon selection at reasonable prices. I like the fact that they have other entrees I.e. pasta and seafood. Had the bone in filet- outstanding! Drink orders were filled amazingly fast. I love Manny’s but I think I found a new ‘go to’. Highly recommend

This was me and my fiancé‘s first visit and 1000% would come again! Our waiter Larry was super friendly, attentive and Informative. He truly made the experience what it was! I ordered a filet mignon and my fiancé ordered the New York strip, and the steak melts like butter in your mouth. So wonderful!

Had some wine, the 24-oz ribeye, filet mignon pasta, their famous stuffed hash browns, broccoli and bread. Overall the quality was just so-so. I ordered the ribeye medium-rare, it came out rare and super fatty and hard to cut. I would’ve expected a hint of char from a steakhouse. The pasta was pretty good, but nothing fantastic. The hash browns were darn good and lived up to the hype. The wine selection was also great. Like a lot of restaurants in Wayzata - a little over rated - you can find much better steak houses in the city and even in other suburbs. This has more of a supper club feel than a steakhouse.
