When it comes to steakhouses, Manny's not only lives up to its reputation as one of the top steakhouses in the nation but exceeds expectations in every way imaginable. From the moment you step into its elegant yet inviting ambiance, you know you’re in for an extraordinary dining experience. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between upscale luxury and cozy warmth. The dim lighting sets the tone for an unforgettable evening. Impeccable service defines Manny's. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. Whether you’re asking about wine pairings or debating between cuts, their expertise elevates the experience. The star of the show is, of course, the steak. Cooked to absolute perfection, each bite is a masterclass in flavor and tenderness. The seabass is a revelation, with its rich, buttery finish. The sides, appetizers, and desserts were equally impressive. The wine list is extensive, with something to please every palate and complement any dish. Their craft cocktails are equally notable. Manny's justifies its acclaim with flawless execution in every department. It’s not just a meal; it’s an experience worth savoring, celebrating, and repeating. Whether for a special occasion or a splurge-worthy night out, this steakhouse earns every bit of its status.

My favorite restaurant on the planet. If you’ve never had their 85-day dry aged ribeye, all I can say is it’s transformative. The bacon appetizer is similarly otherworldly, so don’t skip it. You’re gonna pay for it, but you’re destined to have one of the best meals of your life. Everything here is a 11/10.

I’ve heard a lot of my friends come here for a good steak and they were not wrong. The food was delicious. The server was also so informative about the types and cuts of meat.

The first thing that stood out to me about the Manny’s experience is the interactive visual menu where the server first brings many of the cuts and options on a cart to the table to explain the menu, then hands out actual paper menus to the table to make order decisions. I enjoyed getting the full overview of the menu even for options I wasn’t considering. The dining for sides is family style with lots of great options. We tried the truffle fries which came with a phenomenal smoked ketchup, and the asparagus which was brilliantly cooked and salted. For entrees we had the filet, the deep fried shrimp, and the Maine lobster cakes. I personally had the main lobster cakes and was pleasantly surprised by this lobster centric take on crab cakes. Manny’s is a great option if you’re looking to treat yourself and especially if you like steaks.

An institution that has persevered through all the fancy, shiny, buzzy restaurants. The steak was a bit more rare and full of fat than I expected. But the potatoes and the dessert were amazing. 4 stars as the price point demands perfection for a 5. The service should be a masterclass - impeccable.

Heard a lot about this place and had to check it out while in town. The vibe is like a classic steak house with passionate waiters. They even come show you all the dry aged cuts of beef they serve. Everything was delicious, though the brocoli was a bit strange that it came out basically with the whole stem still attached. Drinks are strong!

Folks recommending Mannys as a high-end steak house muse be the same people recommending Red Lobster as a top-end seafood restaurant. I should have known better when they came with the cold/stale bread and the stained/torn menu. This is not meant to hate on the place, as there was upside, like the toilets still attached to the wall. Unfortunately, there was a lot of negative: 1. Bar classics tase like they're made from a flashcard. Bland. 2. If your partner can't make it, they'll ignore your reservation, and you'll get bumped xx minutes until they find a place for you. 3. The untrained waiter makes the wine pairing recommendation when asked, not a sommelier (even on weekends?) Also, all red wine is served at room temp, though I appreciate the ingenuity of using a chilled champagne bucket as an afterthought. 4. They did not balance the saltiness of their seafood dip + salted bread with enough acidity, leaving me with a mouthful of sodium for their special. 5. While I appreciate the large side portion of mashed potatoes, it was incredibly bland. #EmptyCalories 6. The main course special, an 85-day bone-in ribeye, made medium-rare. Not only could I not locate the bone, but the steak was cooked rare. A great steakhouse should never mis-cook a steak, one would think. 7. Finally, to desert, the key-lime pie and espresso. While the single shot of espresso in a mug was underwhelming, the pie was large and had good flavor. The lime spiral was clearly not from the Keys, but the pie had great texture with a semi-sweet taste. By far the best part of the meal. Overall, the service and quality were dubious at best. Perhaps Minnesotan's think this is "fine dining." For those convinced this is top-of-the-line, I recommend traveling outside of your zip code. Read the full review on my blog. Otherwise, see you next time, Travelers!
