Outback Steakhouse

I don’t really post bad reviews, but this isn’t the first time this has happened. Raw beef burger is a health hazard. I don’t even mind a little pink, but raw ground beef is a no go. Too bad I took such a big couple bites before I realized.

I ordered a side salad and asked the waitress of I could get red onions, strawberries and mandarins oranges added. The first picture is what I received. The last picture is what I was given after another waitress brought me all the items that were supposed to be in my salad. And, this salad was about $7.41. I stopped going to Outback years ago and on my went to meet up with friends. I shouldn't have gone.

This was my first time at an Outback in about six months, and my first time ever at this location. I had a wonderful experience. My server Shawn was great, super attentive and went above and beyond. He even called me “Bro Man”, which I thought was very fun. The food was incredible. I ordered the Filet Mignon, the Lobster Tail, the Loaded Baked Potato, the Caesar Salad, and the Bloomin’ Onion. Plus I had their Fresh Bread. Overall great experience, I will definitely be back next time I’m driving through Lansing. And shoutout to my guy Shawn!

This was my first time at an Outback in about six months, and my first time ever at this location. I had a wonderful experience. My server Shawn was great, super attentive and went above and beyond. He even called me “Bro Man”, which I thought was very fun. The food was incredible. I ordered the Filet Mignon, the Lobster Tail, the Loaded Baked Potato, the Caesar Salad, and the Bloomin’ Onion. We went to the West Saginaw location to celebrate our anniversary and our server whose name started with a K was great. She was friendly and efficient (an under rated quality in a server) and took a great picture for us. (I tried so hard to remember which cool K name it was) The Blueberry Lavender lemonade cocktail was beautiful and delicious. The Reef and Beef was better than I expected. My steak was cooked perfectly and I always worry when I have to order well done for health reasons, I often end up with a dry over cooked steak but not tonight. The lemon butter sauce was also wonderful. I was even bummed I was too full to finish my steamed broccoli.

The Staff at this restaurant are Awesome. We had Nye P and she went above and beyond for us. I'm very Thankful for that! She cared for my Son and made sure he got a Koala toy with his Shirley Temple. She was kind, fun and you can tell enjoys what she does. Food was excellent. In the fast world we live in we felt at Home. We have had Shawn? From Texas before as well. Super Cool guy. Anyway just want to say thanks Outback Lansing for treating us great!

If I could give negative review for service, I would. Sat at the bar and after a group of 5 left, we were the only ones at the bar. Rest of restaurant was not busy. When we first sat down, Kyndall G (bartender) was nowhere to be seen for a good 5 minutes. She finally showed up and took our order. Food came out and once again bartender was nowhere to be seen. Had to wait till she "popped" in again to ask for silverware. She repeatedly sat at the low desk on patron side of bar for long periods of time. In over 20 years, this is the WORST service we've ever had - and we routinely sit at the bar. VERY disappointed!!! If I walked in again and she was working the bar, I would turn back around and walk out!

Cat, the Manager was remarkable - had meal remade and agreed pototo was bad. Steak, again way overdone but loaded potato was delicious, a stark contrast to the first one. My waitress was very pleasant- friendly.. Your paying for the meal, it should be prepared properly.

I enjoyed my eating experience at Outback Steakhouse , they have many menu choices, such as pasta , shrimp, steaks, salads , soups, lobster, appetizers, a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, salmon, meatloaf, plenty of televisions, for watching sports, the restaurant is always clean and maintained , I ordered grilled Chicken and salad and potatoe soup raspberry cheesecake, it was very delicious, the staff is very friendly and helpful, looking forward to returning soon.
