The food was genuinely some of the worst I have had. The Mac and cheese had no cheese in it. The steak was practically raw. I am sick to my stomach. The service was good but no amount of service could have prepared me for that. I can't believe 70 was wasted on raw food and Mac and cheese with no cheese.

Texas Roadhouse is pretty much your standard American steak restaurant. It’s nothing amazing or special but it’s not bad by any means. If you’re looking for something special or a really good steak, it’s probably not the place you’re looking to go. But, if you want an affordable and solid steak, you can definitely get that here. It’s called “Texas Roadhouse” so the atmosphere totally matches that. Not my personal cup of tea, but it’s not bad or anything. The service was solid and Jayden was really nice and pleasant! Only downside with service was I never got a refill on my water during my time there. After a while, someone else at my table gave me their water so it all worked out in the end. Overall, not a bad place or anything just nothing too special!

I came in on a Saturday and Sabrina took very good care of me! She made me feel welcome and checked on me often! I would definitely return based on this experience! Sabrina is AWESOME!!

Very dissapointed in my food, both my salads were brown and gross. When placing order by phone I told the gentlemen I had a seafood allergy, felt like that was ignored and not documented. Not sure if they have new to go people, but they forgot half My condiments, food was thrown in bag so the juices got everywhere , rolls were cold and ruined by the juice. Just dissapointed, and afraid I’m going to get sick by the gross salad that I had been looking forward too.

I'm so disappointed. We came out for a birthday dinner and the food is terrible! It started off good with the service and drinks being delivered quickly. I loved our waitress, she was very sweet. But the food is portioned extremely small. My husband ordered the "pulled" pork sandwich and it wasn't pulled. It was just a piece of meat in a rock hard bun. He pulled it himself. I ordered the 6 oz. Sirloin with shrimp. My server forgot to add the shrimp, so by the time I got the shrimp, the rest of my food was gone already. My toddler was throwing a fit and I just wanted to get out of there. The server was very sweet, but I'm so disappointed in the whole experience and it makes me not want to come back.

Then they came out with cold food and dry steak and only offered us 15 % off the meal I didn't eat at all I ate 3 shrimps off the plate and tasted everything else never again would I come here

My name is David. I’m a local business owner here in downtown Plymouth today was Friday, February 28 after work. I decided to go to Texas roadhouse it was pretty packed being a Friday night, but I was there by myself. I asked the hostess how long the wait would be she told me that if there was an open seat at the bar, I can go and take it so that’s what I did Sit down at the bar. The bartender greeted me very kindly asked me what I’d like to drink, and I placed in my order.. still waiting for my food and drink to come. I begin to realize the man sitting next to me was calling me names using racial slurs, and telling his wife how he didn’t want to sit next to me at this point I still didn’t know what was going on, but he got up and switched seats. I didn’t really pay attention but him and his wife start using racial slurs against me calling me names and even going as far as calling me a faggots, I felt so uncomfortable and I was devastated. I told the bartender what was going on and he heard and told me don’t worry if he says anything else I’ll take care of it. Well, he continued using racial slurs against me going as far as telling his wife how he wanted to beat me and he didn’t like that I was sitting next to them. I got upset and I told the bartender I don’t feel comfortable and I need to speak to a manager I woke up from the bar, walked back up to the front and told the manager what was going on. She was young and she told me just to wait on the side while she rectified the problem. I noticed that she never went to go speak to them and I waited for like 15 minutes until she came back with a five dollar coupon for a dessert. I was in complete shock explaining to her the severity of the situation that this man was calling me names telling his wife how he’s going to beat me up racial slurs you name it. All of this was happening. People around us was shocked, but she offered me a five dollar coupon for a dessert. I asked her if she was serious. Is this how she’s going to handle the situation me being a business owner myself and asked to speak to someone else that manager listen to my story and I told him that this was very poorly handled and why didn’t they go speak to that man that there shouldn’t be someone like that in the restaurant throwing racial slurs he made me wait for about 15 minutes and came back and gave me a voucher for a free $20 meal I was in complete shock the way that they handled the situation. I was so upset that this guy completely got away with using vowel language, racial, slurs, and being a complete racist Honestly, they could’ve done better. Their five dollar coupon for dessert for inconveniencing me was unacceptable as a business as an establishment, a manager should’ve went to that person and asked them to leave and said something along the lines of we don’t tolerate this type of behavior, but none of that happened and I’m very disappointed.

We enjoyed the entrees rib and ribeye steak with lemon butter broccoli and butter corn,porter house steak loaded with loaded potatoes country fried chicken with fries and our server was very attentive and nice I will recommend coming back
