My meal was amazing! Steakhouse cooked to perfection. Very nice waitstaff. Can't say enough about the service. I recommend them if you are in the area stop in.

Alexa was amazing job, the food was really good. Chicken was juicy and tender, seasoned well, everything was really good. Really good experience. Definitely will go back.

Adrien was our waiter, did an excellent job, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, would definitely ask for him next time we are there. The new features were a hit, especially the trio, getting an 8 ounce center cut sirloin , salad an spicy chili along with a caramel cheesecake, all was delicious 😋 my steak was medium and my wife's was medium rare, she usually has trouble at other steak places, in getting "medium rare" done correctly, but here it was spot on perfect! All of the foods were packed with flavor and came hot, we will definitely be back again.

I ordered a to-go order from this location because I had a gift card. I ordered a burger that was supposed to be done medium rare. I opened the box and took a couple bites and noticed that the taste was off. I also noticed the patty was falling apart. Once I lifted the bun, I seen how raw it was underneath. It was cold and mushy. I called the restaurant to inform them about it. I was very polite about the situation but they were very rude on the phone and told me "that's how medium rare is supposed to look." The manager kept on cutting me off and saying "next time order it medium" and "medium rare is supposed to be mushy and pink". So I told her that I would bring it up to the restaurant and show her how "medium rare" it was. She told me to not come up there and she would issue the credit. I was only credited for $14, but that meal cost $17 and some change, not including tax. It was absolutely disgusting and the customer service was just as disgusting. They credited me the burger but im not sure I even want to use it after that experience.

Also, they have mini koalas with Santa hats on two of their speciality drinks. This is not a drill. Get in here while you can to get ahold of these cuties! Will be back for her sister.

As a family we order to go a blooming onion which was soggy. Steak coconut shrimp was a lumps of 3 shrimp stuck together or backed together. The mashed potatoes was dry. The Kingsland pasta was.....less than bad. My shrimp was SO HARD I thought it wasn't peeled come to find out only one side of every shrimp was like so it was a waste the noodle were extra extra soft the sauce that came with it was good. The chop blue salad was delicious for sure the only thing I would come back for but other than that I'll pass on this place if it's my choice or try at a different time.

This place gives great service, a great atmosphere and great food. The steak is made to perfection every time. Their blooming onion is the best out of any of the other steak houses I've tried. I ate through this meal before I could get any good photos that all I got was a picture of the shell of the lobster tail! Will update photos soon when we come back!
