the food wasn’t good- steak was cold, bland, and still raw. service was horrible. asked about multiple things and didn’t get them. The waiters wasn’t sure what they were serving- and also walking around with heavy attitudes. And atmosphere was terrible .. food everywhere..tables had food residue.. dirty dishes.. and poor communication. never again.

My coworker and I decided to try a local restaurant for dinner, lured in by its nice atmosphere and great service. At first, we were hopeful. But when our food arrived, everything went downhill fast. I discovered a long red hair embedded in my cheesy rice, which was absolutely disgusting. Meanwhile, my coworker’s steak was raw—completely inedible. At that point, we lost all appetite and were ready to leave. While the restaurant comped our meal, minus a cocktail, it didn’t change how appalled we felt. We walked out feeling disgusted and disappointed. Definitely not the experience we expected.

We did not enjoy our food besides the rolls. We each got sirloins which were fatty and had a large tendon each. I love garlic yet the potatoes somehow were too garlicy. Mac and cheese and fries were okay. The lights over the tables are far too bright to be pleasant. Our server did a good job.

When we arrived there was a sign on the door that said closed, we walked in, there were no customers. We asked if they were open and they said yes. They were not aware of the sign was on the door. We were seated and staff was very friendly polite. It took 40 minutes for our food, that’s not acceptable. There was a sign on the wall that said “I’m here for the roll” clearly that thought we would eat rolls for 40 minutes before the food. Reminder this was my first time ever trying Logan’s Roadhouse. Horrible first experience!!!

We came to one of the only Logans left in the metro area to celebrate 2 of our children's birthdays. My husband always loved the garage area with the fireplace, so my daughter informed the manager and she allowed us to sit in there! We had a great celebration and the servers and manager were very attentive and helpful. The staff and atmosphere will be the reason we will be back!

Will first of all we were over an hour to get our food. The waitress came back and said that they ran out of paper so our ordered didn’t get put in right away so no problem we waited another half hour or longer. We finally got her food it was on one plate, we ordered two different meals, and it came on one plate. I really feel you need to train your people better than that.

Megan is amazing! We came in pretty late an hour before closing and I expressed I felt badly about it but she was really sweet and our service wasn’t affected in any way! She did amazing and was super attentive and got everything out to us quickly. Thank you for making our night megan.
