Benihana

We have eaten at this location twice. The first time was a great experience, but this last time left a lot to be desired. The sushi was on point, but the actual meal wasn't very good at all. The chicken was way overcooked and dry. The food was also over-seasoned. Very salty. The gentleman who cooked the food was nice, and out on a good show, and our waitress was very nice and made sure that our drinks were filled. This is not a cheap place to eat by any means, and the quality of the food should reflect the price point, and that is where they fell flat. We probably won't return to this location, as it was a far drive for us and a special trip just to go here. The food is just not worth the drive for us. I will, however, post pictures of the menu for those who wonder what they serve and the prices for everything

I hadn't been here in awhile and it was still nice. Our Cook must've had something on her mind because she couldn't get our orders right. Some had allergies to seafood and some didn't want mushrooms...but they each got what they didn't want. They had to swap plates 🫤. Other than the waiter was extremely good 😁😁. I'd still come back...maybe she'll be ha ving a better day!

We came around 445 & the place filled up fast. We had some issues with our food but, Manager Daniel was absolutely wonderful!!! We had a few hiccups but, he went above && beyond for my son and I. If it wasn't for him we probably would have passed on coming back in the future. Thanks Daniel!

I had a great time!! My work family and I went on a fellowship date to celebrate life, and everything was perfect!! We had a time honey!! Chef Kyle was amazing, kinda soft spoken but funny, and about his business. Our server was on point also. I enjoyed the Las Vegas sushi and the Hibachi Chicken course along with a nice cocktail. This was my first visit to Benihana, but it will not be my last. It's def not a cheap date so prepare to spend some money but for the experience and amount of food I was able to take home, I can't complain.

Always a great time when i come here! Was served by Tyrone and he made it a 10/10 experience. Always will recommend this experience for anyone who wants to take their family out for a nice and plentiful dinner

Now this was fun!!! It's was Very entertaining, and funny.. he was being lively!!! He spoke in Japanese and bowed before dinner. It was Definitely a Fun Family experience, We had our young son with us... he was so Amazed his benihana hat flew off 🤯😆 🔥 😆 👍👍👍👍👌 Definitely showed out!!! And the Garlic Butter 🧈 😋 😍 👍👍

Our chef was terrible. No extra tricks or conversation asked him his name he said no name. Table full of bartenders and servers he would have got nice tips. He was not friendly at all his name was Geno after I asked another employee his name. He shorted us on food, was non conversational, we had no sauce until he was completely done cooking. He blamed everything on the server. I watched him take mushrooms from the chefs cart behind him because we mentioned we never received mushrooms. He was rude and u professional. The manager was nice and listened to our concerns however, no discount or apology makes up for lack of service or food. I have no issue paying for good service and food. But a chef who is rude and shorts people on what he gives them and brags about it in the kitchen does not deserve my hard earned money. I’ve been a patron for 20+ years but this experience really drops the ball. Also being out of ice cream which is included in the meal is unacceptable.

I haven't eaten here in well over 10 years. I was in the area & stopped in for chicken fried rice. The menu stated the hibachi fried rice came with vegetables...it did not. I paid $32 for dry rice & chicken. I wish I would have stuck to my hiatus of this place. And the wait for this mess was about 35 minutes. Pure trash!
