Genuinely one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I did not want to cause any problems, but I ordered a rare steak and they brought out a blue rare to raw, so I anxiously asked to have it redone. They brought out a medium at best. I felt terrible and worked up the courage to ask for a new one. It was also raw on half of it. I’m talking, blue, entirely cold meat. The manager was rude to me and was only willing to take $5 off my meal’s $35 bill. I really needed this as a pick-me-up and now I’m left feeling worse than I did at the start—plus I’m out $30 + tip for a terrible experience. My waiter was amazing though. Very understanding and helpful.

I order the strip steak dinner at least once a week for carry-out/to go. Normally my sides are the sweet potato plain with butter on the side and a salad with 2 blue cheese dressings. Tonight my potato was not completely cooked and my salad had a crumpled up receipt in it and it looked half eaten. (Photo enclosed). Our pick up person knows us by name and order, after tonight’s mess I don’t think I will be coming back again.

We had a bad experience there. Not only did we have to deal with extremely long waiting times, both to be seated and to be served, but when we the food finally arrived , it was completely uneatable. We asked for well-done steak, hamburger, and ribs. Everything was completely burned, too salty and unappealing. I mean, it's so burned that it became bitter. On top of that, the drink I ordered arrived when we were ready to leave ...

After a long time on the try list, I finally had dinner on Friday with a colleague at this delightful restaurant. The complimentary bread was amazing and set the tone for a great meal. I ordered the grilled BBQ chicken with veggies and rice, and the rice was particularly memorable, reminiscent of flavorful biryani. The host was both cute and beautiful, adding a pleasant touch to the evening. The service was attentive and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. Additionally, the restaurant offers free ample parking, which is a definite plus. Overall, a satisfying dining experience that exceeded expectations.

I love Texas Roadhouse, This was my second time, I chose the steak from the fridge, I took 14oz steak medium rare. It was delicious, the meat was so soft that it was melting in my mouth! I love the bun covered by butters, they were amazing. I waited 20 minutes to get the meat, I suppose because we were in 6 so they took time to cook all of the staff we ordered. I strongly recommend taking Margaritas, they are so big and very good!

I'd like first of all to say that our server, Mike, was exceedingly cordial, courteous and hospitable. A great dude. I've been to various Texas Roadhouse locations probably dozens of times, and this is the first instance of genuine disappointment regarding the food. I ordered my steak medium-rare, and it arrived dangerously undercooked and cold. Aside from the fact that it was effectively a raw piece of meat, it was bland and under-seasoned and for lack of a better word, honestly just looked kind of gross. My mom ordered her steak medium, it came overcooked, again not really seasoned, and most of the surface was covered in odd and significant fatty deposits. Cooking temperatures aside, both steaks were very unappetizing and unappealing visually. They remade my mom's steak to go, and in all fairness offered to throw mine back on the grill which I was not interested in. Since we weren't given the option to simply take it off the bill, I just took the raw beef home and will cut it up and pan fry it with veggies (and splurge for some seasonings 👍) Mike was an awesome server, the manager offered some assistance for our lunch issues (she did not offer any form of discount or reimbursement; once again I would've rather just cancelled that part of the order) but overall the food did not even approach the standard I've come to expect and appreciate when dining at Texas Roadhouse. No hard feelings, but for almost $30 a piece I will not be returning to this location👎

Party of 8 seated immediately when arrived. Had a great waiter>Mel who was on top of things. He had our order right & kept our drinks filled. Food was cooked right, tasted delicious, and served fast. Celebrated a birthday & they did a special thing for him Was a good experience. A bit on the pricey side > $245.95 for 6 adults & 2 kids. But we already know the price before going. Had a good dinner & a great time.

Went for my father's birthday. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. Everything looked fine. Until I noticed a long string of metal in my burger. It was from the dish tank. They use long strands of steel wool to clean the heavily stained and burned food that clings to the pans. I know this cause I used to work there. I'm baffled by how it could have made it onto a customers plate. But I won't be returning. There are better options close by.
