What can I say? The Sole has an amazing reputation and people will drive for hours to get dinner there. I went for the first time recently as a Saturday-after-Valentine's dinner date. Definitely get a reservation if possible. The seating was comfortable. The raw bar oysters were probably our favorite of everything we tried. The mussels were good but paled in comparison to the oysters. Entrees were the Valentine's special plate and the lobster risotto and both were of course very tasty. Everything was delicious, had great depth of taste, and felt classy. Drink selection was also great and there were mocktail options. Our server was great if not a little peppy, and parking was incredibly easy especially for Worcester during a snowstorm. Would 100% go again. Again, definitely with a reservation. Expect to spend, though.

The Sole Proprietor was an amazing dining experience! My friend and I started with a variety of rolls, all incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. We also tried their seafood sandwiches, which were delicious—crispy and filled with perfectly cooked fish. The oysters were a standout, served chilled and full of flavor. The seafood was incredibly fresh, and everything was presented beautifully. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, with friendly service that made the evening even better. We left feeling satisfied and will definitely be back!

The first time I came here was about 20 years ago and it was one of the fanciest places to have a nice dinner. My visit this time was just as great as I remembered it, probably better. We started out with the volcano sushi roll for an appetizer which is topped with seared scallops. One of the best sushi rolls I've had even though I usually get raw types and this was a cooked one. The salmon rangoon was delicious as well. The cocktails were made well. I really love the atmosphere. It's nautical and feels warm and rich with the upholstery and wood finishes. The servers were very helpful and pleasant. I just wish I lived closer so I could frequent more often.

Delicious food paired with excellent, kind service by all staff. Elegant dining, and simply out of this world taste in every dish. Highly recommend reserving a table as seats go fast. From the light and flaky crab cakes to the scrumptious surf and turf meal, to the half shell oysters, there is no bad meal to be had. The steak had a perfect char on the outside with the most tender and perfect center I've ever had in a steak. Meals are a little pricey but it is worth every penny for the quality and size of the meals.

My new favourite place for dinner in Worcester Massachusetts! Superb service and excellent Seafood! I had the BAKED SEAFOOD PLATTER WITH CLAM CHOWDER The tail from a Maine lobster, Atlantic haddock with Ritz crumb, crab cake, clams casino, and baked stuffed Super Jumbo shrimp. I washed it all down with a Draughty Pulp Daddy by Greater Good, 13 oz., 8% ABV

Amazing food great service the lobster bisque was to die for. Best meal I’ve had in a long time. Came here for my birthday and it did not disappoint. Ordered the haddock and lobster newburg and my boyfriend had seafood sautee both dishes amazing. Great job will be back next week with my family
