Ruth's Chris Steak House

I recently had an amazing experience at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance really stood out soft lighting, cozy but classy décor, and just the right vibe for a relaxing dinner. It’s the kind of place where you can easily unwind, whether you're there for a special occasion or just a casual night out. The food? Absolutely delicious. Every dish was packed with flavor, and you could really tell they use fresh ingredients. I loved the stuffed chicken it was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. It’s one of those meals where you want to savor every bite. We had also ordered multiple appetizers because the food was just so delicious ! What made the evening even better was the service. We had the pleasure of being served by Sybil, and she was amazing! Super friendly, attentive, and just genuinely nice. She made the whole experience feel extra special. It's rare to find someone so personable and on top of everything, which definitely elevated the night. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough. Great food, great atmosphere, and stellar service definitely going back!

We celebrated my son’s 18th birthday here tonight. Our waitress, Lorraine, was wonderful! The table was decorated in birthday confetti and she was extremely attentive and personable! Our food was outstanding and the entire experience was prefect! Thank you Ruth’s Chris - Worcester for helping us celebrate this special evening!

A few days ago my wife and I dined at this Ruth's Chris. We've been to most in the Boston area and the food is always excellently prepared and of the highest quality. Although we expected high prices (there's a $149 steak on the menu) we were pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of a prix fixe menu at this location. It includes choice of soup or salad, choice of a small side and a small dessert. Very limited choices but it was just what we wanted anyway. All of it was excellent and more than enough food for two oldsters. The service was very good except that the waiter presented a bill with several additional items as though it wasn't prix fixe. They quickly removed them but if I'd just given the card to be charged I'd have had to pay over $40 more. Perhaps it was unintentional but not sure. The decor is very modern and new. We're likely to return. Although in the Worcester area the 11 Chop house is a little better value both are worth a visit.

We had a reservation for a table on Valentines Day but when we got there they sat us at the bar. Waiter was also the bartender and obviously it was extremely busy. I ordered a medium rare steak but it came out extremely rare and barely warm in the center. I tried to find waiter/bartender to ask for it to be cooked longer but he was very busy and hard to get the attention of. The creamed spinach tasted like it was the frozen kind you get in a box at the grocery store. Having made a reservation in advance, it’s disappointing being sat at the bar. Like most people making a reservation at an expensive steak house on Valentine’s Day, we were at the minimum hoping to have a formal table and good meal. I love steak houses, I frequent similar establishments and assumed Ruth Chris would be up to par with other high end chain steakhouses, but I’m sad to say it was not. The service issue wasn’t the bartender/waiters fault, he was clearly being overworked. The experience and the food was not worth the almost $300.00 bill.

Fantastic place for a great steak. I always receive exceptional service. I wish there was a better parking option for the customers, but I understand that is an issue with the city and most of the business in the area have the same issue. I'd recommend Ruth's Chris to anyone looking for a high end experience in the area.

Katie was the absolute BEST server we’ve ever had. The food was phenomenal but the service was outstanding! She explained everything and recommended things for us. Our experience was 10 out of 10 stars. We’ll be coming back for sure and we’ll be specially asking for Katie.

When we arrived to our table, there was a birthday card with a hand-written message for my husband, and colorful confetti scattered on the table. It was a very thoughtful gesture. Our server, Mikayla, was phenomenal, and so was the food!
