We got food delivered. It was good but I think I'd be better fresh from the restaurant. I ordered a cachapa with shredded chicken, it was a tad plain, but I also didn't add any sauce. The texture was perfect. Highly recommend and I can't wait to eat here again!

It's been a very long time since my wife and I felt as if we got what we paid for. I had to ask for a box for my leftovers and that is not normal for myself. I drove about 45 minutes to get there and I'll be more than happy to drive that way again. Also we had a Caracas Burger.

Everything was so delicious! Our waitress was so helpful in explaining everything on the menu. I got a cachapa and my husband ordered a pepito. We couldn’t pick a favorite! And the Caracas fries were a perfect appetizer.

We decided to check out a different place on our visit to Mishawaka/South Bend and we're glad we chose the Caracas Bistro. Service was great. Our server helped us select items that offered a broad variety of Venezuelan cuisine. The food was tasty and well presented and the portion sizes were ample. We intend to return again on our next visit!
