The name says it all—dancing flavors that truly delight! Nestled in Mishawaka, Indiana, this place blew me away with its remarkable ambiance and fantastic vibe. I cherished every moment of my visit. Food: Let’s talk about the food—it was absolutely irresistible! The dishes were so good I could barely resist licking the plates (but I managed to maintain some decorum!). The sushi tuna was so fresh it rivaled top-quality steaks! The attention to detail was impeccable, from the perfect char on the steaks and pork chops to all the little touches that made the meal feel extraordinary. Every bite was a delicious revelation! I highly recommend the fat tuna! You must try! And the service? An absolute home run! I haven’t had service this excellent in ages! Our server, who went by “Trucker,” was hilarious and so relatable. She knew the menu inside and out, and her sales skills were on point! Plus, she was incredibly patient. The water cups never went empty, and her vibrant personality made the evening even more enjoyable. Love every bit of the service! The atmosphere was just as impressive. The decor and artwork were stunning, the restaurant was clean, and the entire setup was simply top-notch. What a beautifully designed space! Corndance Tavern has undoubtedly secured a spot as one of my favorite dining establishments! While it leans towards the higher end price-wise, the quality of the food makes every penny worth it. This place is unforgettable!

Excellent food and service! Came here to celebrate my birthday and it didn't disappoint. We got shrimp appetizer with Pina Colada sauce, special house soup (potato & cheese), salmon with kimchi aioli with miso rice wrapped in banana leaf and bison meatloaf and yukon potatoes with BBQ sauce and fried onions. The dessert was served in a beer can, something they do inhouse, which was interesting. All dishes were amazing! The server was the best we had in recent times, very knowledgeable and personable. Unfortunately, we couldn't get her name, we refer to her as island lady with a palm tattoo. Absolutely the best! We'll definitely come back again to celebrate more special occasions.

Went for my birthday dinner, and it was simply amazing. Our waitress Aura truly made a meal an experience. She was intentive and kind. The food was outstanding. We had the Blistered Shishito Peppers, 6 oz Filet Migon, and Omakase Sushi (chef's choice).

First visit and definitely not my last visit. Very enjoyable and excellent lunch, with great service. Inventive menu, farm to fork. And you can tell. Megan, our server is knowledgeable and personable. Nice attention to detail.

Wow, this place is amazing, but also expensive. The best sushi I've had in indiana! The portion sizes are surprisingly ample for a high-end restaurant. We were able to get a bottle of wine for $35, which I thought was a great deal. The potatoes were underdone on our appetizer, but the smoked trout was delicious. I had the duck a la orange, which was really good, although the squash was a weird mix of squishy and tough. My boyfriend had the salmon entre, which was stacked on rice wrapped in banana or grape leaves? It was spicy with an Asian flare topped with kimchi. The salmon was so juicy and delicious, perfectly cooked. Definitely try the banana napoleon. It's huge! It was my birthday and they gave me 2 free scoops of house made gelato. The waiter was friendly and personable and went out of his way to make sure our questions were answered correctly. Our total bill came to $189 before tip. The outside of the restaurant is supper cute. What i saw of the Inside didn't have as much character but was still nice. There is a really cool wine room you can peer through the glass at that has one table in it that would have been really cool to eat at. All in all a really good experience for special occasions. I will definitely be back for the sushi. Went here again, another amazing experience. I love the service and everything is excellent. I had sushi and the salmon and my bf and Granny both had the chicken shrimp Alfredo. 3 people ate for about 200.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Corndance Tavern last night, it was our first time here and we are so happy we chose this restaurant to celebrate. We loved the atmosphere very moody and relaxing. The food was next level, from the appetizers to the drinks all the way to the desert! I wish I remembered our waitress’s name but she was very attentive and knowledgeable. We are already planning our next time here
