Disappointing Experience at Texas Roadhouse I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Texas Roadhouse was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. After a 2-hour wait for my food, I was excited to finally dig in. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened my takeout, I was met with a sad sight: my food was completely burnt and utterly inedible. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but waiting that long only to receive charred meals is unacceptable. It’s frustrating to put in the time and anticipation, only to be let down by the quality of the food. I had high hopes for a satisfying meal, but instead, I was left with nothing but disappointment. I won’t be returning to Texas Roadhouse anytime soon. I hope they can improve their service and food quality for future customers, but for now, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a reliable dining experience.

Very busy for New Year's Eve, but we were seated rather quickly. That was the end of congenial service! I saw a photo of someone else's salad and I wondered why mine was terrible. Nothing but lettuce leaves! Wish i had taken photo of that but by that time i was very aggravated! Server disappeared! The steak was tender and well seasoned, but not rested as you see from blood on plate! I know they were busy, but appears that management staff has changed! Never more!

Went to lunch/Dinner around 130 today with my husband. It was very busy but everyone was calm. We waited not even 10 minutes to be seated. Food came fast and was delicious! Our server was great! Everyone had positive attitudes. What a great experience on Valentine's Day!

My family and I have always enjoyed dining at Texas Roadhouse, as it’s our go-to spot for a great meal. We consistently have wonderful experiences, starting with the warm welcome we receive from the staff. The attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and friendly atmosphere are always appreciated. On this particular visit, we were fortunate to be assisted by Miguel Garcia, who was not only professional but also approachable and down-to-earth. His attentive service truly elevated our family dinner and made the evening even more memorable. Thank you, Miguel, for your outstanding service and for making us feel so special.

After a long day of work my husband took me for a massage and then dinner. It was kinda late but we were hungry and decided to try Texas Roadhouse. We have never tried this restaurant so it was completely new to us. We walked in to the Hostess and unfortunately it must of been a long day for her also because she had an attitude. She did not greet us at all. Then when she spoke to us, she looked down and no eye contact. She told us to have a seat where someone else was sitting and where a menu was at (there was no room). So I clarified and asked her where and she pointed where I thought she meant. I went over to sit on the side of the bench and the person sitting down was apparently a worker. She got up as I sat and my husband was now able to sit. The one who got up is the one who took us to our table. So far not a good impression. The waitress was good. Unfortunately, she assumed that we have been there before and we felt rushed in ordering. My husband had to tell her it was our first time. She then gave us time to look over the menu. She was very pleasant. The food was great! We just did not feel well received/welcomed. We spent over $100 and granted it was 1hour and 15 min before closing and we still left before closing.

The food at this store is consistently very good. The servers at this store are consistently very good. And during the busy hours, this store is very loud. Especially when they're shouting out the birthdays. Personally, it's annoying, but I put put up with it. I can't stand the men's restroom at this store. It's filthy. Even worse on busy nights because no one takes care of it. Two nights ago, we were there. I went to the restroom and had to use the handicapped stall because there was a 24" circle of urine spray all around the urinal. I know guys come in, use it, and walk right back out into the restaurant dragging all that filth with them. But hey, maybe it's intentional for that "roadhouse" feel. It even stinks in the restaurant near the restroom entrance. The management really need to address this one area. I was torn on my rating for "atmosphere". I really wanted give a two-star, but that's not fair to the rest of the store. If the incredibly loud hooping and hollering doesn't bother you, a four or five-star could be had. Use the call ahead seating. We didn't wait too long on a Saturday night to be seated. But we heard walk-ins had a one hour twenty minutes wait.
