First time here and overall it was a good experience. The food was great, The flavor, temp, ect was on point for a Brazilian steak house. The staff soon recognized the temp meat our table preferred, and they continued to ensure they had it available when they came by, so that was always nice. It was a bit of a slow start for them to start coming to our table. However, it eventually picked up and was more consistent. I would of like to see more of a selection coming around consistently, we got many repeats. The staff was great about asking if there was something specific we would like. The cocktails were amazing! A very nice atmosphere, more upscale.

My experience at the new Brazilian steakhouse, Terra Gaucho, was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a lively atmosphere that set the tone for the evening. The endless parade of succulent meats, expertly grilled to perfection, was a carnivore's dream come true. Each cut was more delicious than the last, and the sides and salads were equally impressive, offering a perfect balance to the rich flavors of the meats. The attentive staff ensured that my dining experience was seamless, making me feel like a valued guest throughout the meal. Terra Gaucho has definitely set a new standard for dining in Indianapolis, and I can't wait to return.

It was one of the best dining experiences that I've had in a while! Our server, Lindsey, was amazing 👏 management was very attentive. Food was great❤️ cold bar was set up beautifully, loved the options for the hot bar, and the main courses were great selections.

Made reservations to celebrate my birthday. The food was the best I've ever had anywhere! I thought it would be a once in a lifetime experience, but I will have to go back because it was so amazing! I had the creme brulee for dessert. Absolutely delicious. My stomach is very full and very happy! ☺️ The service is incredible. Don't get too much food at the salad bar or you won't have room for all of the meat. But don't skip it, either. Every flavor is incredible!

Went to this place for a birthday celebration tonight and we were not disappointed! We were impressed with every interaction. This was primarily facilitated by our server Rafael. He ensured that our dinner was a great experience. We’ve been to a few different Brazilian steakhouses around the country, but this was easily the best experience we’ve had. We were really impressed with the variety of cold food bar. Calling it a salad bar would be severely reductive due to the large variety of food. But what is a steakhouse without the steak? And the meat was all uniformly excellent. The lamb chops and ribeye were standouts. I also recommend some of the grilled pineapple! They also had a really excellent wine list. They had a really good variety and the prices were fair as well. I’d highly recommend the Brazilian lemonade. Also I was offered a complementary caramel flan for my birthday. It was marvelous. This does seem like a great place to go to celebrate a birthday. I don’t have anything negative to say about our experience tonight. There were so many little things that went into crafting such an excellent experience. Anytime we left and came back to the table, someone always offered to pull our chairs out for us. Managers were constantly on the move around the restaurant and even stopped for a quality check and to remove a plate. I highly recommend this restaurant and we’ll be back for sure.

The thing that stood out the most was the service. The teamwork of everyone working was AMAZING! The food was delicious! I didn't take pictures of the hot & cold bar, but there is a nice variety of items. Of course there is a wide variety of meats. The leg of lamb was my favorite meat, but easily the best thing I ate was the grilled pineapple. The drinks: The key lime martini was out of this world! Their signature drink, the premium caipirinha, (I know I misspelled it) was amazing! I was fortunate enough to have one of the owners personally make it for me. I definitely recommend trying this, and I will be dining there again.

The staff was great, very attentive and helpful. The food was outstanding. The cold bar is a meal by itself! I always enjoy a Brazilian steakhouse but, this one is top-notch. The cheese and honey is a favorite! The Papaya cream and creme Brule were my favorite desserts. The drinks were beautiful and delicious.

Will say we were excited to see the opening of Terra Gaucha as love the Brazilian steakhouse experience. It was recently opened so we expected a few bumps may be in order. And this review will not be a comparison to a local restaurant who is, even on their own website, part of the beginnings and even mentioned during dinner. The open salad bar had some wonderful options. Not all hit for us though. Wedge salad a disappointment as well as the seafood bisque but other choices were very tasty. The added shrimp advertised as part of the experience was great but we only saw it once that night. The offering of steak, pork and lamb was more abundantly available which was fine. And although cooked to perfection to our liking, rare or medium, it lacked the marinade or spices we have become accustomed to. The manager went out of his way to check in on us which we enjoyed. I would certainly say come and say hello to the new Brazilian steakhouse in town.
