Highlights included dishes like the Thai Sweet Chili Fried Cauliflower and tomahawk pork chop, and servers who were attentive and accommodating. However, several reviews pointed out significant service issues, including long wait times, inattentive staff, and order mix-ups. Instances of food quality concerns were highlighted, with some customers dissatisfied with their meals, particularly regarding the hot honey chicken sandwich and other meats. Second visit to this restaurant this evening, but it has been a couple of years since the last time we came here. We really enjoyed it both times! While we were waiting to be seated, we noticed a delicious looking appetizer being enjoyed by a couple in the bar area. We inquired what it was at the hostess stand, and she told us it was the Thai Sweet Chili Fried Cauliflower. After we were seated, we could not find the dish on the menu. A quick internet search led us to find that it is only on the bar menu. Our server (although it is not typically allowed) kindly pulled a few strings and brought us an order of them. They were outstanding! My wife and I both ordered the tomahawk pork chop, and we were both quite happy with our selection. It was delicious! Great service, great food, and a very nice overall experience. We will definitely return again sometime!

Had a reservation for 4 and we got seated right on time. The food was good. Especially the BLT salad. Atmosphere was nice. Service was lacking. Our waitress was one that didn’t write anything down…. We ended up missing some food that didn’t arrive till we were 1/2 finished. We had a hard time tracking the waitress down when we needed something.

This is an interesting one for me to write. I had a decent experience at A Firebirds in a different state a while back. My wife and I decided we would give it a try but we really aren't fans of any kind of chain. I recalled an awesome spicy pasta that I had before and I wanted to try it again. When we went in, I really liked the aesthetic, we were told it would be a 4 hour wait because of reservations and we nearly left when they suggested the bar. They mentioned it was a full menu bar, so we decided that was fine and when we looked up the bar was empty aside from a single man sitting down on the other side. We took a seat and we were straight up ignored for a solid 10 mins. I mean, no one even looked at us. That didn't stop them from debating loudly enough as to who was going to take the bullet and take care of us, which was just.... Wow. We watched probably 6 people at one point behind the bar, they kept stacking dirty dishes, blenders, and glasses directly in front of me. The pineapple smell didn't mix well with my pasta. The person who served our drinks was not the person who took our order, which probably explains why we were served the wrong drink. Believe me when I say it took plenty long to flag down the bartender to get it fixed. Not because they were busy, but because they had a lot to talk about and they weren't fans of someone they were working with, I know this because they didn't have a problem gossiping directly in front of us while leaning up against the bar with their backs turned. We weren't the only one being ignored either is my guess given that the guy behind us was flagging someone down like he was trying to land a plane. I damn near asked for his order myself because the poor guy looked desperate to get some help. The food was fine, it didn't rock my world by any stretch. The older black gentleman that served our food was very polite, very hospitable and very attentive after our food was delivered. He cleared our plates and did his thing with other clientele. The rest of the staff just seemed genuinely annoyed that we were still there while my wife finished her drink that arrived after she had already finished her meal. (The one that was wrong the first time). Our experience wasn't great, I wish I could say it was busy and I just needed to give them a break but when we arrived, despite the long list of supposed reservations, the place was empty.

Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Our hostess and server was very attentive. My only complaint is that I ordered a Chicken Caprese Pasta and received the Firebird Chicken pasta. I did not mention it to the server because this meal was very good as well!! We was all very pleased with our service even with a minor slip up. We would definitely go back.

99% sure I got lab grown chicken. I got the hot honey chicken sandwich that looked amazing on the menu and when it came the chicken was rubber and so hard to pull apart. Crispy chicken sandwiches DO NOT look like the this picture. We also got a Burger, Ribs and chicken with mashed potatoes all of the meat was not good at all. The best part about this meal was the fries. Server was just ok (don’t know her name) but she wasn’t very helpful and noticed we didn’t eat any of the food, but didn’t ask anything, at first we didn’t want to complain, but this place is far to much much for a sandwich, and then for it to be fake chicken. WILL NOT BE BACK. PS. POSTING MY SANDWICH, and then a picture of a lab grown chicken they look very similar

First time experiencer here, and I must say, I enjoyed every bit of myself. Food came out fast, the meal was quite tasty, and the service was actually my favorite part. Shout to out Brooke for being an exceptional server. She was quite personable, knowledgeable about the restaurant and gave good incite on any questions about the menu. That drink suggestion hit home. I'll be back, and I need her to serve me. 😁 S/N Philly cheese steak appetizer was quite good. 😋

I was seated right away, but my friend who came in right before me was told it would be a 15 minute wait. We finally connected when I texted her that I was at a booth. We waited 45 minutes before a waiter walked right past me and I looked at him with a confused look as to why he wasn't stopping. He came back and asked if we have been served. I said no one had even approached our table yet. He took our drink order and another 5 minutes go by before someone else brought our water (not our drinks). The waiter had finally come back and said that the manager apologizes for the delay and to pick an appetizer on her, that he would come back and get our order. Another 10 minutes go by with other people bringing our drinks, but not to take our order. Long story short, after 50-55 minutes sitting at our booth, I had to walk across the room to the manager to see if someone could come and take our order. This was totally unacceptable. The food was good, but I certainly did not need to be there over 2 hours to have a simple lunch when the place was NOT busy at all. Then the waiter messed up our bill. We finally spoke to the manager again and she corrected the bill and was kind enough to take half off of our bill which I did greatly appreciate, but this was totally unacceptable and a terrible ordeal. We were totally ignored when everyone around us was getting served. I understand they were short staffed, but that was not my fault. If there was a problem, then they should have adjusted and not seated us to just ignore us. I will never visit this restaurant again. I should not have to sit at a booth for almost an hour and have to go ask the manager to get someone to take our lunch order. Ridiculous.
