Customer Review Summary
Anthony’s Chophouse is praised for its upscale atmosphere and great food selection. The Wagyu steak and scallops received high marks, and the unique cocktails caught attention. Service excellence stands out, particularly from staff members like David and Chris, who are attentive to diners’ needs, including food allergies. Private dining options add to the positive experience, with beautifully presented rooms and deliciously cooked steaks and lamb. There are mixed feelings about desserts, with several reviewers commenting they were not up to par. One diner expressed disappointment about feeling unwelcome despite a special occasion and faced a lengthy wait despite a reservation. Nice upscale place, great food and drink selection. Wagyu steak was excellent and so were the scallops. F.U. Money cocktail was not tasted at $500, but definitely caught my eye.

Tonight I celebrated my two year anniversary with my husband. We had an absolute amazing server named David that took such good care of us. He was informational and was able to answer any and all questions I had. I also have a very severe food allergy and David took it very seriously and immediately informed the kitchen staff to ensure there would be no cross contamination. This restaurant is amazing, I definitely will be coming back.

We had an amazing dinner in a private room upstairs. The room was beautiful, the service was outstanding and the food was delicious. Steaks and lamb were all cooked perfectly and delicious. I highly recommend.

I've been coming here since they opened so this is an aggregated review scoring, but the food is still excellent: steaks cooked to perfection with delicious sides to compliment. However, the star of tonight's meal was the tuna tartare - a fantastic combination of flavors with the seaweed salad and soy pearls that provided a perfect umami bomb for the melt-in-your-mouth tuna. The steakhouse market is certainly competitive in the greater Indianapolis area but they have some menu diversity that provide options for those not wanting beef. Lastly, if anyone at Anthony's reads this: get rid of the tackily named menu items - it's not cute, it's not funny, and it's devoid of any class.

Everything was amazing. We shared apps and that was smart because we got to try so much! I know I say this a lot but I'm coming back!

Loved the food but will not be going back again. We took the family there for 25th marriage anniversary. Had the reservations. But were still made to wait several minutes for a table. Then we were seated upstairs, away from the windows, and we observed that most tables upstairs were occupied by non-white diners (downstairs, there were all white diners). Best streaks we have had, but desserts were ok. We also did not receive any free dessert even though in reviews, I see they have given a free dessert to other patrons for 2yr anniversary and such. Just that feeling of unwelcome... not worth the food. We spent $160/person.

Great atmosphere. Everything was delicious (except for the desserts - we didn't like the merengue or the cheesecake.) Great service.

As someone with Celiac disease, eating out is always a challenge. Our server, Chris, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure I had a meal that was safe. I ordered the Flight of Beef and the asparagus as my side. When I went to order the Wedge Salad, he cautioned that I would have to leave the crispy onions off as they were both breaded and fried in a shared fryer. We were with a larger group, and Chris made sure to place the items that were not safe on the other end of the table. They even had gluten free bread for me! The wine list is extensive and amazing. We will def be back. That you for making this night out truly memorable!
