We went for the first time to enjoy my birthday. The whole experience was amazing from the start. Our amazing waitress Sarah was so accommodating when we asked questions and kind. All of our food was delicious and tons of leftovers.

Eddie Merlot's ( Warrensville, IL) was amazing tonight. My wife treated me to dinner for my Birthday. Our waiter Rich was 5 star. Whenever I'm in the Chicago area moving forward, I will be coming back. Food, Service, and Atmosphere was top tier.

My family of 7 and I had a great dinner experience last night with our server Frank. They set us up in the room with the fireplace. We enjoyed the coziness of the lit up fireplace through out our dinner and made us feel very comfortable. Frank was so friendly, kind and accommodating with our needs. He was knowledgeable with the menu items and excited for us to have our meals. Our apps and entrees were coursed out in good timing. A couple of us at the table shared a beef Wagyu tenderloin that was cooked perfectly to medium rare. While others enjoyed ribeyes, the filet trio and the cedar plank salmon. Throughout our dinner, Frank was attentive and checked in on us regularly and made it known that he was easily accessible if we needed anything. We also appreciated that several staff members including the executive chef, Tony, and manager, Frankie, came by to check in on us to ensure our dinner was going well. Thank you Frank for taking care of us and giving my family a wonderful fine dining experience.

Brought my son for his 16th birthday and he chose Eddie Merlot’s for his dinner! Everything was flawless from the moment we walked in the door! Service was excellent. Frank made our experience super special! The food was delicious and cooked to perfection! Couldnt have asked for a better experience!

It was my first time dining with Eddie Merlot‘s and it was awesome. We showed up a little bit after 8:30 and they close at 9 PM and the service was still top-notch. Rich was our server and he did an excellent job from the recommendations to his customer service. He is definitely the reason we will come back again on top of the food being phenomenal. Thank you for the hospitality and for making my Wife’s birthday a Great experience and even bringing her out some crème brûlée to celebrate! Thank you again Rich!!

In no way shape or form am I a 'professional yelper', but I wish I was, so I knew how to best give this location and its staff the appreciation they deserve. Five stars on every aspect! First off, I was calling around many restaurants trying to find the best one to propose to my girlfriend at, and this restaurant was the only one who said congrats when I shared why I was calling! Frankie, the GM, set up the reservation and was perfectly clear, helpful and considerate in helping to plan the evening so that I could propose to my girlfriend. He set me up in a back room that was the absolute best location in the entire place, set me up with their absolute best server (Frank), and checked in periodically, making it very personable. Frank our server was so professional, attentive, and friendly. He talked about the food choices with us to pick out an incredible bottle of wine and meal for us. Most of all, Frank had PERFECT timing and execution on setting down the dessert plate with "Marry me?" written out in chocolate syrup as I got down on one knee to propose. For the record, she said yes! Everything considered, we will be customers for life. Even many others from the staff came by to say congratulations. Like I said, customers for life. Eating here is definitely an experience. It’s not something that you would do on a regular basis unless you’re OK spending a couple hundred dollars for two people each time. It’s definitely on the high end, but worth it every few months if you are looking for good quality food, atmosphere and service. Here’s what we ordered when we came: Calamari for appetizer Bison fillet New Orleans mixed grill Side of lobster garlic mashed potatoes Service was impeccable in a beautiful atmosphere. Food was exquisite and great quality. You’ll find a bunch of pictures and video attached to this review so you know what to expect before you go. I would definitely recommend trying it out 👍
