Customer Review Summary
The reviews for Outback Steakhouse present mixed experiences. One customer reported a severe case of foodborne illness after receiving a salad, citing slow service and poor food quality. In contrast, several other patrons praised the staff for their friendliness and attentive service, highlighting the delicious food, particularly steaks and the Bloomin' Onion. One review noted a loud atmosphere that detracted from the dining experience, while another appreciated the quieter setting compared to other steakhouses. Although some meals were deemed good, issues included a dry ribeye steak and a poorly cooked sirloin. Overall, guests enjoyed the food and service, but there were inconsistencies in the quality of the meals.

I came here for lunch last Thursday with my Aunt and I ordered a salad with ranch. The food was very slow to come. I was starving and half way through eating the salad, I noticed it tasted like it was bad. We were waiting a long time for our steaks and lobsters with baked potatoes to come out where all of a sudden I felt like I was going to vomit at the table. I had to run immediately to the bathroom as well. Well this was three days ago and I still have stomach cramps etc.. Fun stuff!

This is the best outback I have been to they seem to have a great staff everyone is very friendly, even the manager Tami came to my table to see how everything was going. The food all came out great I snapped a few pics steak was perfect blooming onion was nice and crispy and all the food was perfectly seasoned and the chocolate thunder was of course amazing. I hadn't been to this location before but I will definitely be making the trip right past the outback by my house and coming here by far best experience I have had at an outback and just to add a small detail the resturant is definitely cleaner than the location by my house 😍

They're still open as of February, 2025. I was told they closed. Not true. They are off the beaten path, but worth the easy hunt. Google maps took me right to the front door. Service was the best part of our visit, but not far behind was the food. Perfectly cooked steaks and shrimp. Plus, the Chocolate/ Carmel dessert was fantastic. See ya there, Mate!

Danielle was out server and she was just great! Very crowded on a Saturday night but she was fast, friendly and attentive. Food was good and came out fast. Chili is a must! Definitely a go to place for a night out.

Everything was tender accept for my Rib eye steak. The ribs were good. Otherwise the food was good. Service was satisfactory. Hello Longhorn!

Gwen our server was great! she was very attentive! the outback prime rib, caesar salad, asparagus and blooming onion were all delicious!! but the atmosphere - the music was too too loud - like if you were clubbing and not trying to have a pleasant meal - please please change to mellow instrumental. thank you!

Good food, fair pricing, and much quieter than the other steak house. I personally like the seasoning on the steaks better here as well. The blooming shrimp is Awsome and you get a lot for the price, definitely can share with a table of four.

We visited here during off-peak hours. We started with the Bloomin Onoin. And for the drinks we ordered house margarita, Bloomin blonde ale. Drinks were okay. The appetizer was crispy and delicious. We tried 8oz Sirloin & Grilled Shrimp and coconut shrimp. I ordered the steak medium, but it came super dry. The meat was definitely medium inside because it was pink, but outside of it was super hard and dry. Looks like we have been served a steak that just warmed up and not freshly cooked. Which was not cool for a steak house to serve. Sides were fresh and delicious, so that's the reason I am giving 3 stars. Coconut shrimp was crispy, fresh as well as the grilled shrimp.
