I was very pleased with our experience here. I had the surf and turf with scallops and my husband had the surf and turf with lobster. They were both incredible. The steaks were cooked perfectly and had awesome flavor! The mashed potatoes that came as the side were to die for! We will be back for sure!

The restaurant was nice. My only issue was that the food was cold when we received it. The crab cake was good. I was starting to think I don't like real cakes, but I like theirs. The flavors of the meal were delicious. I did not complain because it was a birthday celebration and I didn't want a reheated meal.

Cut 158 is the Jen of Joliet! There is no finer steakhouse in the general area. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The food is completely superb. This visit I went out of my comfort zone and tried the oysters Rockefeller and I can’t wait to go back and have them again. We held our office holiday party there last night and the entire experience was top notch and they could not have been more accommodating.

Fantastic dining experience! One of the best I’ve ever had! Top to bottom from food to service, it was an excellent evening. Very attentive and friendly wait staff. Appetizers came out quickly once we ordered them and the meal was served shortly thereafter. They even comped us our dessert! Excellent experience for my wife and I celebrating our anniversary there. We will definitely be back again. Enjoy! Also, they have a great bar onsite to have a few drinks before or after dinner.

The hostess and wait staff were excellent. I was there with friends celebrating my 50th birthday. Water glasses were refreshed without prompt, they served our drinks 🍸 right away and brought out the appetizers. And I was brought a very thoughtful birthday dessert after the main course.

The aged rib eye and filet mignon were truly exceptional, cooked to my exact specifications and served with a rich, savory sauce. The Brussels sprouts were perfectly roasted, with a hint of char and a satisfying crunch. The staff was attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome and valued. This is our absolute favorite restaurant we go here for special occasions. The service is top-notch. The food is delicious and high-quality and the whole experience is just so awesome. The filet melts in your mouth and the garlic mashed potatoes are amazing

Staff was incredibly polite and accommodating as we walked in with no reservation. Interior of the steakhouse was very beautiful, I was quite impressed with the atmosphere. Ordered the Surf & Turf with a baked potato. Steak and lobster were both delicious and both properly cooked. Baked potato was probably one of the best backed potatoes I've ever had. Appetizers were incredibly. Waiter and waitresses were on point with have drinks refilled. I never with thirsty over the course of my dinner there. 10/10
