Went on a Friday evening. While there was no option to get reservation, there is a waitlist option, highly recommend as there were least 20 people waiting and we got a table right away. The hostess seemed confused and kept asking us to wait (hence a lo score on service). 1 of the plates was dirty, that they quickly replaced. Food was delivered quick and was tasty. The appetizer shrimp was not worth it at all. Extremely salty and bready. Main course was amazing, great taste and cooked to perfection. Overall, good place but likely need to know what to order.

The rack of ribs we split was fall off of the bone good. The service wasn’t bad but the staff members were not necessarily friendly either. The bread that came with the meal was average.

Mac and cheese is the bomb as usual for me. Very much not your Texas Roadhouse. Parmesan chicken was also good not only was very welled seasoned and good cheese flavor. I loved how moist it was. Glad I can take off cheese if I decide to on the chicken but, I had to keep it on because that’s what makes the chicken so unique.

Tawnya was our server and she was not a great one at that. She barely checked on us, I had to ask the manager why was it taking so long for our food (we went on a Saturday around 3ish, wasnt busy at all)I had to ask for refills, I could go on and on. The food was subpar. We've been here many times before, have had no issues but this time was it for us. We all got sick by the time we got home. We should have gone to Outback. Won't be back.

Always a pleasure eating at LongHorn! Sat by the bar so there was no wait on a Friday night. Bartender/server was very attentive and visited in on me while food was being prepared. Always quality products and excellent ambiance

Today was good. I order my steak well done and got it pink. They took it from my plate and "put it back in the grill" I didn't know you can put it back if a customer touch it already but oh well. The serive was good, not great.

Once again, this establishment is so INCREDIBLE! The staff , the food and the kitchen are exceptional!!! Emma was our waitress and took such great care of us. Food is always consistent, hot and comes out in a perfect amount of time. We commend you all on your focus on creating an amazing experience every time we come! Thank you!!!!

Good food, but it needs some extra love, in my opinion. A chef needs to come in and spice up some things. Salads were good, and the blue cheese dressing was bomb. The corn on the cob looked wonderfully seasoned but was so bland we had to add salt and pepper. The burger was good. The shrimp were excellent! The ribs were really good but lacked real seasoning. Still, overall good food.
