Let' me talk about a place with atmosphere, great food and service that goes beyond the norm. Everything was a deliberate art form. If only all eating experiences could provide this example. I did say experience, because not all dining is this package. Not once dis I feel like it was a tourist place. It is a repeatable place catering to people who appreciate good wine and food. pairing assistance if needed by Eric and service that was attentive but not hovering. I had the lamb burrito that came with a haft extra cuts of beautiful Lamb tenderloin perfectly cooked to medium rare. We sat at the bar for are entertainment. My partner speaks Portuguese so we learned so much about the wood burning stove technique's and how much the young staff enjoyed their work. The atmosphere is eye candy for anyone that is lover of art. There is something to admire by all.

Barbacoa Grill in Boise is a place with an incredible atmosphere! Each room has its own unique style, yet everything is designed within a unified theme, creating a harmonious space. The restaurant's design impresses with its attention to detail and original elements (Corrida-style paintings, an extraordinary chandelier, statues, Medusa Gorgon, painted ceilings, antique castle gates, and, excuse the details, but even a visit to the restroom won’t leave you indifferent). As soon as you step inside, you are immediately immersed in the ambiance of this place, and it doesn’t let you go for a moment – you’ll find yourself wanting to take in every detail. The dishes are presented with exquisite artistry, delighting not only in taste but also in appearance. It’s a great spot for celebrating special occasions or simply enjoying a cocktail and good company with friends. Definitely 5 stars and top marks! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I planned a private event with Kelsey. She made everything super easy and gave great detail for what to expect. The night of our team dinner was a fantastic experience for everyone. The service was incredible and the food was amazing! Thank you to Ella and Dominic for going above and beyond!! I can’t believe how many times they had to go up and down that spiral staircase.

The atmosphere alone at this place makes it a great experience! It was my first time getting the ribs, and they were good! The Mac and cheese were great! The salmon was good but kind of basic. The dill stuff was too salty. The drinks are always on point!

We showed up without a reservation on the weekend, big mistake! It was packed and we obviously couldn't get a table without a reservation but they were very inviting and let us sit in the bar section. The bar section was huge and super chill! We still got to order food and we still got great service. The whole place was very artsy and lots to see! Even the bathroom was super funky and I loved it!

This is a very unique eating experience! Presentation, presentation, presentation! The dishes are beautifully plated and delicious. There is a lot of details to look at, making for an eclectic atmosphere. We were only in Boise for a couple of days, and are glad we made it here.

Food was amaaazing. We had the oven fired cheese bread along with the grilled octopus. For the entree, we had the 2 1/2 lb steak for 2 on the hot rock. We also did the happy hour for drinks. All of it was phenomenal along with service. Andrew was very personable and super friendly. He even recommended a haunted house attraction to us that we really enjoyed. We will back!

I was with a friend on Sunday afternoon and when he found out I had my eye on Barbacoa, he suggested we go here for a cocktail. Unfortunately, we had already enjoyed a meal at another establishment. So, I did not get the full experience of having dinner here. We sat at the main bar in the dining room. We each had two heat margaritas and decided to munch on the Surf & Turf Quesadilla. Which was spectacular and I wished I was hungrier. Now, I've already planned to come back here. The decor is like nothing I've seen before, no detail has been overlooked. The service was so attentive. Even the website is impressive. I saw that they have a regular happy hour everyday from 4pm-6pm and a late night happy hour Thursday-Saturday 10pm-close. The ambience is top notch. The restaurant is open daily at 4pm. I cannot wait to come back for dinner service. You will definitely be impressed by all it has to offer.
