Customer Review Summary
The Brickyard is an elegant and cozy high-end restaurant offering a variety of food. While the Beef Wellington fell short of expectations for some, the calamari and steak received high praise. The ambiance is enjoyable, featuring live piano music, although ventilation issues were noted during busy times. Many reviews highlight exceptional service, specifically mentioning attentive staff like Anthony and Jonathan. Guests appreciate the personalized touches, such as roses on Valentine's Day and table-side salad preparation. Overall, dining at The Brickyard is described as a special experience with great food, atmosphere, and service. However, there were some mixed experiences regarding specific dishes and a concerning incident involving the management's follow-up after payment.

The Brickyard is definitely one of the highest end restaurants in town and it offers good variety of food for you to choose from. The indoor dining vibe is elegant, tranquil and cozy, the staff are very friendly, patient and attentive. (Thumbs up for Anthony!) I visited The Brickyard specifically for their Beef Wellington but sadly it’s a little below my expectations. They missed the layer of Spanish ham in standard Beef Wellington recipe and it didn’t make the cuisine any better, plus the bread crust was a little over baked and somehow very oily. On the contrary, the calamari appetizer was very delicious and highly recommended. The other downside about the environment was the ventilation, they seriously need to improve the venting system because when there were more customers, the dining area got smoky, (Not visible smoke but you can smell it and get bothered) which shouldn’t have happened for a high end restaurant. The piano dueling doesn’t start until 10 but they have solo pianist performances which makes the vibe even more delightful. I’m struggling giving it a 4 or 5 star but I decide to give it a 4 until next time I visit, and hopefully the issues can be addressed.

My favorite steak place. Cooked perfectly, tastes amazing. The choice of potato is great. The salad made at your table is awesome. Everything is delicious. But, beyond the delicious food, is the ambience. One of the quieter restaurants with a relaxing mood. And, best of all, is the piano. So relaxing. So enjoyable. Love this place!

Absolutely amazing experience. My husband took me and my son for Valentines Day and I'm already ready to go back. They had roses for the ladies which I found very personable and they were very sweet as well as accommodating to my 4 year old. Was the best intimate Valentines Day dinner. I still cannot stop thinking about the beef wellington. Definitely recommend

Absolutely fantastic, from the atmosphere to the service and of course the food. It all worked so well together. The only critique was that the stuffed mushrooms were a little overly rich and the French onion soup soaked up in the bread too much and wound up being a bowl of onions, but really good onions lol. Not a criticism but a heads up, this place is a full experience so block out a couple of hours and get ready to enjoy!

If I could give this place 10 gold stars, I would in a heartbeat. The vibe is super cozy. Brick walls, glass blown chandelier, ambiance lighting, booth dining, seats at the bar and a private dining room for larger events. The food was out of this world. We started with the Idaho caviar app (my eastern European husband was super impressed lol),l. Then we chose two different filets which gave us a choice of soup or salad. My husband got the french onion soup (it was so creamy with the cheese and the perfect amount of caramelized onions) and I got the chef table salad (where they bring a salad cart to your table and toss the salad with your selections). Between the salad and soup we were given two small lime sorbet cups to clean our palette. We were also given freshly baked sourdough rolls with whipped butter. With our filets I received brick chips (sliced potatoes) and my husband chose truffle fries. We were soooo full but we just HAD to get the White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake (yum!). Our server dropped off chocolate breakfast muffins to take home. The service from JONATHAN was impeccable. He's the perfect server. He warmly welcomed us, explained the menu, made a personal connection with us, has a great laugh and smile, and tended to us perfectly. He truly made the experience so special. We will definitely come back as many times as we can when we are in town (we are from Phoenix). Jonathan is a keeper!! Please take great care of him and thank you Brickyard for the memorable experience!

This was a gem we stumbled upon. It appeared fancy and we thought for sure we wouldn't get in without a reservation. It was our lucky night! We got seated right away and our entire dinner was fabulous. I started with the huckleberry cosmo ie Idaho Mountain Cosmo, outstanding! I had two they were so delicious. I love a sweet cosmo and this was perfection. My daughter and I loved that they had a table side salad cart, we've never seen that anywhere so we had to try it. How wonderful to be able to customize your salad! Yum. We weren't hungry for a main dish but we loved the potato choices so we tried the potato cakes, fabulous! What a lucky night for us! Our server was outstanding as well.

The food was amazing, but ensure you check your steak to ensure it is at the correct temperature. The service was amazing. The ambiance was amazing. Definitely great portion sizes as well. The Brickyard is overall a great place to eat... up until the manager has your waiter chase after you down the block like you just stole something. It was embarrassing and made me and my wife look like we just dined and dashed even though we paid over $200, and our bill was more than satisfied.

I am sorry this is so late first I have to say I was impressed with how they take care of there customers from the day you make reservations. I had set up a reservation on a day I want to say about 2 weeks before I was called and was told there were going to be closed that they and they were kind enough and gave me a reservation the next day which was a Saturday. I really appreciate what they had done for use . But to the food wow my husband had the beef Wellington it was cooked to perfection and my filet mignon was to perfection. Thank you for a wonderful night
