Delicious food! My steak was perfectly cooked. The loaded baked potato and green beans were flavored good. The drinks were good. Our serve was very fast and friendly. They are busy on Sundays. We waited over an hour for seating.

When we walked in, there was at least a thirty-five minute wait, and that was with the app. It's probably the busiest restaurant i've been to in five years. The table that we were given was very sticky and was not very clean. Also, the silverware was dirty, so we had to request plastic wear for our meal. The server was great. She did everything she could to help us. And she even got the busboy to come back and clean the table again, which was still sticky when he got finished. I think if their volume wasn't so high, they would spend a little bit more time on everything they're doing. As for the food,I received the smothered chicken, seasoned rice, and the loaded baked potato. While my brother in law got the herb crusted, grilled chicken, and my sister received the grilled salmon. Since my sister and I both had seasoned rice. We both agreed that it was lukewarm at best and that it was weirdly flavored compared to the last time we had it. Everything else was really good, including the drinks. I ended up with the blue lemonade. My sister ended up with an adult beverage and a sprite with no ice, my brother in law got his standard, which is an iced tea with light ice, and he also got lemon water. Overall, it was a good experience, and I really appreciate the team coming out to sing happy birthday to me at the end of the meal.

Haven't been to Texas Roadhouse in forever, so I was glad to finally be able to go to one during our visit to Columbus. The rolls are still phenomenal! I ordered the beef tips, and they were pretty good, but I would have enjoyed it a bit more if there were a bit more beef tips than mushrooms and onions. The second picture showed just how much mushrooms and onions were left over. Mind you, I did eat quite a bit of the onions (not a big mushroom fan). I would suggest if you do order this dish to see if you can modify it if that is what you desire.

We had a poor experience at this location. I want to start off by saying management handled it perfectly, but I would have rather just had a good meal. We didn't end up getting any bread until after the appetizers, salad AND incorrectly cooked steaks arrived. We sent our steaks back for being way undercooked. Then they came back overcooked (which is what I was afraid of) then they made us new steaks which were still incorrectly cooked. We left hungry because we didn't have any time left before an event we were attending. Again, management was great, they apologized and comped our meals as well as gave us a certificate for 2 free entrees on our next visit. What bummed me out the most is that I was really craving a good steak. Oh well, better luck next time I guess.

Staff was very attentive to serving us. We ate at the bar and they were amazing. Manager was walking throughout checking on tables making sure everyone was being taken care of. That was great because he wanted to make sure everyone was happy with the service they was getting. Food was delicious.

We stopped in for a celebratory dinner after getting married and our server went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The food, atmosphere, and especially the service was absolutely amazing, thank you so very much! We will definitely be back again!

Party of 2 and a high chair. Walked in at 3:05pm waited about 5 minutes to be seated. Ordered our food around 3:15pm. We received rolls and drinks. After about 10 minutes my husband finished his drink and waited 20 minutes for a refill. There were two groups around us that got seated after us and received their food before us. We waited and waited our server came twice and told us our food would be out shortly. We asked him to just box the food up and we’d take it to go because it was taking so long. The second time he informed us it’s all boxed up but the 6oz steak (their smallest steak). At this point it’s 4:10pm and my husband and I are fed up along with my 1 year old who was behaving up until the last 15 minutes as any child would waiting that long hungry. We were looking forward to eating here very much and had patience with the restaurant and waiter. After over an hour of being in house we got pretty fed up and left. Very upset as this was our favorite spot to eat in town.

My first time eating at this chain. We arrived about 4:30, no waiting for a seat. That was awesome. The service wasn't bad, it just felt that the waiter was in a rush. My real issue is that we received the food and it was Luke warm. This one experience will not deter me from trying again. Just overall disappointed.
