Smokey Bones Columbus

TL;DR: Website says the restaurant offers delivery. Restaurant says they don’t offer delivery via the website. Wasted time. Good food tho’. When you enter your locations on the Smokey Bones website you’re presented with options for delivery or takeout. I chose delivery, entered my address, selected a family feast, paid, and waited… and waited. Eventually I called to find out what happened and an employee said that my food was waiting for pickup. I literally had to borrow a car and venture out into the cold to pick up the food. When I arrived and explained the situation, the person in charge of pickups brought over a manager. The manager introduced himself and said that in his four or five months of employment he’d never seen a delivery option on Smokey Bones’ website. They don’t offer delivery, but they do work with third-party services like Door Dash. This was a frustrating experience. Would I trust their delivery option again? Nah. I would dine in or place an order for pickup. The food had a good taste, but by time time I picked it up, it was cold and the garlic bread was soggy.

Had a wonderful experience here around 11am when they opened. Our family had reservations. Everyone was very nice and seemed happy to be there even though it was Thanksgiving. The Thanksgiving meal was fantastic. The turkey was very moist and flavorful. Just can't say enough about how great the staff was. Thank yall for making our Thanksgiving one to remember!

If you dine in ask for Brandon because he treats you like family and is amazing at serving you. He took great care of me and my daughters. Our food is always good here❤️

Came in with my mom tonight and had Adrienne as our waitress. She was beyond wonderful. Super attentive and has such amazing energy! The food didn’t disappoint per usual. Next time I come here Adrienne will see me in her section!

Smarty pants shot was great. Loaded fries were great. The bone fire meat platter was not great. Ribs were hard and the food was tasteless. Bartenders Mercedes and Tam had okay service. When garnishing drinks they pass the fruit around to each other bare hands and brought me a lemon from her hand! Overall not bad but no professionalism between bartenders.Manager was very professional and handled our issues with no problem.

Man for my first time experiencing this place it did not disappoint at all!!! The appetizers were great way better than I expected. The pulled pork and the burger were both amazing. The service was good our waiter helped in a good way but not consistently bothering you. He was respectful and quick and made recommendations if we had questions about certain items. Overall a great experience and will definitely visit again and again
