Outback Steakhouse

Normally don’t give five stars ever, but they deserved it. Our waiter took excellent care of us. Made sure our waters were full, checked in on us, and was patient as we tried to figure out our orders (I know, I know it’s a steakhouse… get the steak.) Food came out super duper quick, and was so fantastic. We gorged ourselves. Cheesy fries were perfect for everyone to munch on and had real cheese… not the fair nasty stuff. Steak was cooked perfectly, and was very high quality for being a fast food restaurant. Delicious

The steak was amazing so delicious! 🤤 service was also awesome thank you Madison you are an awesome waitress 🤗 The only thing that happened was that the soup was salty, just try to make it less salty. Over all everything was good! 😊

We came on a night where they were very busy, and the crew and management made every effort to still make our visit a great one. Even with other large parties, our party of 9 were well taken care of. Thank you Jeanna for the great visit and we appreciated your service for our family tonight! Give this server a special treat or some type recognition.

First time here in years!!! Was craving a steak so we decided to try a local chain restaurant..had 2 waters, 2 steak combos, one with ribs, one with coconut shrimp, wedge and caesar salad and mac n cheese...$83 ish. Steaks were really good, I must say and that's actually what I went there for but everything else could be left. The mac and cheese had no flavor whatsoever, extremely plain but it did come out super hot. The coconut shrimp were so sweet, reminded me of a coconut donut and the dipping sauce for it was not good at all. There was more breading around the actual shrimp then shrimp which you couldn't taste because again it was so sweet. The ribs were good! Our waitress was really nice! We went on a Saturday around 3:00 p.m. and it was not busy at all which was nice. Typical chain restaurant but glad that I did enjoy my steak!

Worst experience ever. Starting from the service, the guy that brought the drinks literally just punch them to us. Blooming onion was cold, told the waitress and she brought us a second cold one. Chili was cold, later the food was also cold and my pasta with chicken flavor less. We had to wait about five minutes after we got our food to get our silverware. Just disappointed 😞

This is one of my husband and my favorite places to dine. Takeout today I had the Alice Springs chicken, which was delicious. My husband had the Tawamba salmon. It is one of his favorites as well. Didn't take any pictures today. Thank you Laura for taking such good care of packaging our to go order.😍

The food was great and the server was doing her best. They were on a wait even though it was slow, which is incredibly understandable if they’re understaffed. Sometimes, even going on a longer wait is necessary and I would’ve preferred a longer wait than the bad experience. Our poor waitress had what looked like a 8 table section, and one of those was a needy party of 7. While the food was good, we didn’t get everything we needed. I don’t blame the server, she tried. We constantly saw her running. I was disappointed a manager never came by to help. We did see a woman who appeared to be a manager, she stopped right in front of our table, but was texting. While I completely understand sometimes having your phone is a necessity for work… she should’ve touched tables while standing there. There also seemed to be a manager sitting down in a booth on a laptop. Again, totally fine, but please table touch! Our experience would’ve been made so much better if someone had touched our table and helped our server.
