I ordered food which took an hour to come out and when it did arrive my steak was cold while everything else was hot. Then when I tried to speak with server he was rude and not helpful at all! Sent food back and they recooked the steak that I sent back and brought it back out to me as if it was microwaved.

Worst dining experience ever. Waited a long time to get seated. Hostess was not at the station. Plenty of tables available. We ordered an appetizer but it never came. Drinks took forever to come to the table. Ordered a salad but it did not come until the meal was half eaten. We had ordered bread before dinner but it came as dinner was half eaten also. My grandson’s rice never came even after we asked for it twice. The only thing that came on time was the bill. Waitress kept apologizing for not getting things done but they still never got done anyway. My family will never go there again. Don’t know what the problem was but someone needs to either manage this Restuarant better or just close it up if service like this continues.

Bartender was missing for 10 minutes. She came back laughed around while making drinks in the service bar. Finally came to the main bar and said, “I’ll be right with you folks after I make these drinks.” 15 minutes total. Two managers were aware that she was gone and did not fill in. Just another example of very poor customer service skills. Avoid this place.

Worst service ever! We were told the waiting time was 10 to 15 minutes but waited 35 minutes to be seated. Our server came to us smelling like weed! Ask for a lemon with the tea but she forgot until we said something. Food took 30 minutes before it was served and waited again because she forgot our utensils, she didn’t give us any steak sauce or ketchup or whatsoever! We had to asked again! It was ridiculous!! Looks like she’s high! The food is way waaaayyy too salty! I love Longhorn but not this location! My husband and I were so disappointed! If I could give zero star I would!!

Light on staff tonight because of inclement weather. The ones there went out of their way to provide great service. My food was great. We knew it was going to take a little longer than usual but we didn’t care. We had a great experience. Would definitely dine here again.

Our waitress was extremely rude and entered himself into a private discussion that was being had at our table stating "that's the freshest it's gonna get" when he wasn't being directly talked too. Overall, the service and food was horrible! Will not be returning to this location!
