During a recent visit to Augusta, my dinner at Tbonz Steakhouse on Washington Rd was a delightful experience. We were promptly greeted by a friendly host and chose to sit at a table in the bar area. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient, quickly taking our drink and dinner orders. I started with the Low-Country Calamari, which was quite tasty, followed by a 16 oz. ribeye steak cooked medium rare. Although the steak leaned more towards rare, it was still enjoyable. I paired it with sautéed mushrooms and onions and green beans for sides, both of which were very good. I had a great dining experience with no complaints and look forward to returning the next time I'm in town.

We've dined at TBonz Steakhouse about 10 times, but today is my first review. I've always had steak in the past, and it has always been an enjoyable meal. This afternoon I tried their French Dip sandwich with a side of French fries. What's not to love - shaved prime rib with provolone cheese on a hoagie roll - it was really, really good! My lovely wife had the fried shrimp with wild rice. She really liked the shrimp but thought the rice was just OK. We shared a warm brownie with vanilla ice cream and chocolate topping for dessert. It was scrumptious!

Date night for hubby & me. He got 16 oz ribeye & I got beef tips. Both were tender & delicious. Gianna was an excellent server & offered wonderful recommendations. Will be returning.

Went for dinner. It was super packed. Get a reservation if you plan on going between 6-8pm. I had a burger. Not a fan of steak but mu friends didn't like their steaks. Said they were too salty. My burger was good. The mac and cheese looks like it's out of a box. Don't expect regular mac, be ready for .99 kraft mac and cheese. The salads were good though. Idk if I'd go back. Our server was great though. Dude deserves a raise!!!

Sunday after church a birthday party reservation. My daughter turned 25 and my sister in law turned 50. The waitress was amazing and the food was hot and delicious. Third time coming here. I will return.

The service was IMPECCABLE, all of the employees were friendly and spot on. The servers were prompt and polite, greeting us on the way in and out. Our server “E” was patient, thorough, attentive, friendly, and professional; going above and beyond his job duties. His recommendations were spot on. The vibes were mellow and enjoyable. The food was delicious and the service was swift. 100 out of 100, the restaurant was clean along with the restrooms. We recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Our food was delicious. I had the chop steak smothered in sautéed onions and mushrooms and 2 sides. My friend had the baby back ribs. She said they were very tender and 2 sides. Our waitress was very friendly and we had great service.

I decided to get the 10 Oz prime ribeye and wifey got the steak tips. We ordered calamari for the appetizer. Not sure what batter they used for the calamari but I had to eat it separately since the breading just would not stay attached to the calamari, minor inconvenience but also it just wasn't that flavorful. We both ordered medium rare, and my wife's tips looked perfect and tasted good, but my ribeye.......borderline rare and just unappetizing. Lots of fat, pink everywhere, just unsure how they messed that up. I got Mac salad since I haven't had it in a while and my god it just tasted like vinegar..... almost like eating a warhead. My eye kept twitching when I was trying to chew it down with my rare steak. Service was on point but don't think I'll be returning back. Better steak joints around.
