LongHorn Steakhouse

I haven’t been to Longhorn in ages and my god this was maybe the last time I do go. I had the idea that this chain was better than Chili’s and Applebees but it seems like they have joined the group because it was just as bad. The place itself was dirty and disorganized. They were able to accommodate a large group of 11 last minute so thumps up for that. The orders were all messed up. Our server was great but it seems like the kitchen kept messing up our orders. I ordered a Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken with Mac & Cheese without bacon. Guess what it had in there? BACON. Thank god I checked! Ended up getting fries instead. Also tried some apps and they were very mediocre. Surprising they have plenty of options besides steak. I will not be back but was happy to check it out.

This was my first time in this restaurant, and I absolutely loved every minute of it. The decor was very impressive. The Western style is very unique and awesome. I love the lights, I can't say it enough. I love the lights. The food was tasty. Sorry, I didn't take any pictures of it. I ordered the ribeyed steak with seasoned rice pilaf and fries with a lemonade. Definitely would recommend and go back to eat.

I visited this restaurant for my Mom’s Birthday celebration. The server we had was very good. There were a variety of steaks that my family ordered, ribeye and another that was a 20 oz steak. However, the 20oz was extremely tough. My family member ordered it medium. It was cooked correctly, but he couldn’t cut the steak. He advised the server and decided to order a ribeye instead, and the steak was perfect for him. I ordered a rack of ribs, with a salad, and a sweet potato. The sweet potato was a little bit undercooked. The salad was good and the ribs were very tender. We also had an order of grilled pork chops, Brussels sprouts, and macaroni and cheese. My brother enjoyed those, the Mac and cheese were his favorite! We also ordered a fried shrimp appetizer they were very good! The restaurant was clean. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely visit this restaurant again.

Was not impressed with the food or the service . I ordered the steak medium rare and it was served almost raw. All the food was warm at best, not hot at all. But this was more likely because the waitress seemed more interested in chatting with the young lady and child at the next table instead of serving her customers

DO NOT GET TAKE OUT FROM HERE! Especially if you’re a steak lover. I ordered a med well steak to go and I got a rubber tire instead. I didn’t even eat half of what I ordered. Woke up a few hours later with food poisoning. The worst feeling ever. Will NOT be back. Spent $50 for nothing.

Absolutely horrible experience. Waste of a gift card. My wife and I arrived, walked in and was told there would be a 30 min wait. Not a problem but very odd as there was only 5 other people in the restaurant.. We were then seated at a table that was clearly dirty, trash under the seats, sauce smeared on the booth... The girl was extremely rude when I asked if she would mind wiping it down. I even offered to wipe it myself if she could just get me a rag or some napkins. Our food showed up nearly an hour and fifteen minutes after we ordered. My steak was paper thin, and cooked well beyond WELL done, and so far past the MEDIUM I had ordered. My wife's steak was also beyond burnt.Our waitress was nowhere to be found for nearly 20 minutes. I refused to have it remade and just asked to have it taken off the bill, as we had already been here nearing 2 hours. I feel a manager should have stepped in at this point, but never did. When the bill arrived, to my surprise, the waitress took 20% off. I left the $100 gift card and won't ever be back.

Worst dining experience ever! Initially our server seemed very capable but that quickly changed. My husbands water had stuff floating in his cup which he replaced, eventually. Our app came out cold, the cheese wasn't even melted in the parmesan dip. Then he brought out the "honey butter". I'm not sure what he brought out but it definitely wasn't honey butter. After an hour of waiting on our food I asked if we could at least have our salad. That is when we were informed he forgot to put our food in to be made. It would be at a minimum 30 minutes before our steaks would be ready. We asked to speak to a manager. He came back and said it would be a while. I replied, "she has customers that haven't gotten their food, not even the order put in for over an hour. That should be her priority." He replied, "welp, nobody is perfect". We are now at 35 minutes waiting for a manager, no steaks, no salad, no manager. 40 minutes and a manager came out, she is going to start our order now..... we have been here an hour and 40 minutes. While we waited on our food a waiter just said, "excuse me" so I would move my feet allowing him to vaccum/sweep under our table. Food came, my steak is the wrong temperature and does not have the parmesan crust I requested. Waiting on a manager again.......
