Ate here for a b-day dinner with four others. The table was a perfect size. The staff were very polite and professional. Food came out at a decent time. Everybody enjoyed their entrees. The b-day girl had a ribeye that was cooked to perfection with excellent flavor, as well as a dessert on the house. The Tiramisu was pretty good for the price. A bit too chocolatey and not enough expresso flavor in my opinion. The drinks from the bar were a bit overpriced and definitely lacked flavor. Overall, it was wonderful restaurant if you’re looking for a nice dinner.

I recently had an incredible experience at Salt & Marrow. This spot is perfect for a date night or meeting up with a friend. The restaurant offers three dining options: the main restaurant, the lounge, and a rooftop bar with a limited menu. Be mindful of the dress code—if you’re not dressed accordingly, you'll be seated in the lounge or bar area, both of which are still great options. Food-wise, I can’t recommend the kangaroo steak highly enough—it’s a must-try! Their steaks in general are exceptional, and the full lobster dinner with crab rice was a standout. My personal favorite, though, was the lamb chops—absolutely phenomenal. Our server, Amelia , was fantastic, providing great drink recommendations and outstanding customer service. All in all, Salt & Marrow is a fantastic dining experience that I’d highly recommend!

An all-round great experience. My server was Breanna T. She was very knowledgeable and welcoming. She suggested several different meals, so she made it difficult for me to choose what to order. It's always nice when your server is legitimately familiar with the menu. Chef Tony seasoned and cooked my Tomahawk Pork Chop to perfection. Conveniently located in the Crown Plaza Hotel, this is a must do.

I came here to have dinner for my birthday. Such a nice and peaceful atmosphere. The food was amazing. My fiancé and I had the lamb chops for the first time and they were delicious. We had the spinach dip for starters as well. We will be back.

We went to Salt and Marrow to celebrate our engagement, and it was amazing! Our host, Breanna T., was super sweet and made the night feel extra special. The food was so delicious—yeah, it was a bit pricey, but totally worth it for the quality and flavors. The best part? They gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate, which was such a nice surprise! The drinks, food, and vibe were all spot on. We’re so thankful for an unforgettable night and would definitely recommend this place for any special occasion.

Everything was absolutely amazing!! We ordered the appetizer plate of oysters and fried tomatoes.. our entree was Cornish hen with macaroni and greens with bread pudding for desert… the flavor of everything was perfect!! The drinks were also very tasty. Our waitress Breanna T was great also, friendly, informative, really professional and she had a lot of good things to say about the chef and other staff which means a lot! There wasn’t a long wait time, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and is very clean. I will definitely go back, it was a great experience!!

This would be a nice resturant for a date night. Prices are high but this is not a regular chain resturant located on the 1st level of the crown plaza hotel. Service is great we had Maurice who was awesome, but be sure to ask for a straw. Most drinks are not served with a straw. Food was small portions so be sure to try and get meals with rice or potatoes. Atmospehere was great very upscale and quiet. Lighting was perfect for the mood. Overall i would go bsck, but i would eat something light first before going. Drinks are good but not strong. 4 out 5 stars and would recommend this place to my friends.

Thank you for a wonderful and pleasant experience for Thanksgiving. We made reservations to have dinner here on Thanksgiving and boy we were not disappointed. Plus, we had the best server who was very attentive and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. The food was prepared like a good ole southern thanksgiving meal - I thought my mom was in the kitchen cooking. I will highly recommend others to visit here and I will come back once I am back in the area.
